Service & food quality has went down terribly here recently. Waited at drive thru window for almost 15 minutes & no one ever came. Ended up having to go inside and they didn't have change for cash payment. When they finally brought out my order, I had to go back inside because it was missing HALF of what I ordered. The garlic knots that they somehow conjured up in 1 minute after I went back in were inedible. Hard as a rock like they had been sitting out for 4 hours. I wouldn't be surprised if they were dug out of the trash. Used to love eating here, its a shame. Will not be eating here again any time soon.

The worst restaurant i believe I've ever been too. Walked thru shattered door, into nasty bathroom, then sat down at dirty table. Ordered lasagna which came out burnt on pasta, then they tried too hide it with sauce on top. Enter this restaurant at your own PERIL...

Went to romas pickup window to get my call in order sit there for 20 mins and no one came. Called the store they said they would be right there and still no one came. Went inside and was informed that they won't work the window because they don't get tips there. This is an awful practice and they won't get my business anymore. Got home and I ordered a seafood meal it came with one piece of flounder and it was covered in raw dough. Tried the chicken it didn't taste bad at all but it doesn't taste like chicken. Fries were cold. I knew they would be because of how long I had to wait to get my order. Shrimp wasn't bad some of the clams were doughy it was hit or miss.

Put diced lettuce and tomatoes on c Cheese steak and onions are way to big also need to lose horrible smelling air freshener by door
