Employees are very rude and ignore customers. Online orders have main priority. While you stand there. My Bread was tore up and the tomato was not ripe. Mostly tops slices of the banana peppers. Very unhappy with my vist.

Usually my sub is ok but today i.orferex two fl subs. My husband's Philly steak was ok he said but mine was horrible! Sub bun Xtra hardon both ends ..only thing I added besides chicken was sauce and lettuce. You couldn't find lettuce fr so much sauce ! It was all over the paper, the outside of bun and was so nasty from too much sauce I could hardly eat!! Awful sub! I went in to pick it up on time and he was laying on a shelf that was metal which was cold and not heated so my sandwich was cold before I even picked it up it was just so very awful and I don't know who the workers were but it was bad all the way around! This was the first complaint I've had at the subway in richlands but if I could give 0 review I would have

This particular subway is constantly out of promotional items, the veggies are disgusting looking, regardless of the times I have come in there. The people who work there are kind but are often busy talking to each other or just don't have the knowledge about things when asked (i.e. promotions, restocking). The building is older and inside is fairly clean. However, in the warmer months I tend to by chips due to the amount of flying insects in the eatery and even landing on the food behind the counter. I definitely would advise if you don't work close, like I do, head to another location.

Just got a foot long that was completely inedible. Whoever made is just slapped it together and drowned it in mayo.

I ordered 2 foot long subs today using the subway app and when I picked them up they were both made wrong, with the wrong sauces and missing toppings that I paid extra for. When I returned the incorrect subs to have them remade they couldn't remake what I ordered because in a matter of 10 minutes they were out of 2 of the 5 toppings I ordered on my sub. These people are idiots, don't waste your time or money going here if you want your food made right.

Had placed an online order for three subs two days ago, and ALL THREE were messed up and the older lady that does night shift was very snarky and rude and they would not fix it because I didn’t have BOTH the receipt and the food with me. Have been busy due to an unexpected loss and tried to call all day today and yesterday and nobody will answer, I went to them today and had this horrible experience.

As usual the staff were nice kind , polite and very understanding when you need time so I was ok when they were sold out of things I wanted because there cookies are delicious and will go back .
