Excellent food and a great small town diner with good country vibes and the lovely ladies there are a big part of its charm. Trust me on this.. your tummy, wallet and face will be walking out with a smile š breakfast, lunch, dinner and special occasions. Book it for parties and events too.

The people at Doran are awesome. We had a death in the family so they open on a Sunday to see that the family didn't have to cook that day. The food is as good as they are. Thank you very much.

Service was slow. Took over an hour and half 30 minutes just to place order. We ordered the daily special which should have been ready to serve. Food was ok. My spaghetti was watery and not hot. I brought it home to fix. Iāve eaten at V & V many times this is NOT the same service or food. One table that I know was there for an hour only got hot dogs and French fries which is a quick meal and should not take an hour.

The owners of this restaurant are lovely people who have poured their heart and soul into this restaurant. Our food was fantastic and the service was top notch. Kudos to their cook who can turn out tasty dishes in short order!

I just want to thank these wonderful folks for opening on their day off to cater to our family. We were in town for my grandfatherās funeral. We all traveled from out of town to attend. Thank you for your hospitality and for taking such great care of us!

Ordered on line food looked terrible brought it back to be redone so not only paid for delivery paid to bring it back by spending gas which I should have known better. And didn't even get our rolls the floor was so sticky you stuck to it as you walked around the chicken we got redone had a burnt grease smell and taste the green beans tasted like it was poured straight from the can no season what so ever. The macaroni salad wasn't even cold. I hope the young lady that spent her time on the side of the building sees this because it was nasty to sit the ice bucket on the floor. And a big health violations for the cooks to go up front with their aprons on with flour and stuff all over them. I could go on but it would take me all night. All I can say is do better

Chicken tenders are supreme. Service Excellent.
I'm wondering if we were at Disney or just in Richlands. You can't let young kids run a business. She was at our table 1 time. No drinks all in bottles. The good mom i am I always feed my 2....3 years old first. So they were eating I did make 2 trips for the kids I went to get my food and the chicken was raw I told the girl she got my plate and put in the bus cart pulled the chicken it was taking forever for the chicken so me and my mother said we just pay for the kids and go. I went to pay and told her we didn't eat just the kids. She said I see a stack of plates on the table I told her it was from the kids cause she took my plate I didn't eat. She tried charge me 35.00 for 2 ...3 year olds to eat. Then I was trying to explain she started yelling I told her I'm not paying it. She started having a anxiety fit at the register she finally went got the cook and she took care of it and I still paid 20.00. However she was going to multiple tables talking to customers about the incident which I did not appreciate. Needless to say I hardly eat in Richlands as it is so I think I just drive to Bonanza next time or go to Bristol. I'm done with this place. Never again. Who pays 35.00 for 2 ...3 years olds....this is not Disney.
Gd food
Iāve never been the biggest fan. Itās usually average to below average with the majority of customers seemingly to be elderly. But given an ownership change a couple years ago, I was willing to try again. It was the worst itās ever been. A cook came out from the kitchen when I walked in. I ordered a Coke and she brought me a bottle that was barely cool. No ice cup or straw. I had to ask for it at the counter. No rolls and had to get back up and ask for those at the counter too. They were hard/crunchy. Drink refill? You guessed it, back to the counter you go. lol. Their Facebook page advertised a number of things on the buffet, including chicken and dumplings. I didnāt see them so I asked the cook where they were. She said she didnāt know. I found them in a container beside the potato soup. They tasted like they came straight out of a can. The potato soup was loaded with so much pepper that it was hard to tolerate. The ham was okay and the stuffing was extremely hot/spicy, too much pepper I guess. The salad bar was okay. Fried chicken is offered daily and itās just basic, average at best. The usual sides of corn and green beans were basic, straight out of a can. Photos online show the mashed potatoes appear to be homemade but Iām not convinced the ones I encountered on the buffet were. The current owners announced they would be allowing their lease on the building to expire and will be moving to a new location in Doran (the old Fannieās building beside Gas N Go). They need a desperate regroup before reopening. They wonāt last long if they continue with the same lackluster food and service I received.
