Wendy’s has gone up for me recently and sadly down the food is awesome fresh and still good after a little while or so there getting rid of my favorite sauce tho sadly the ghost pepper dipping sauce anything spicy I love and their originals is good too. I go there at least twice a week

I love the Ghost Pepper Ranch Chicken sandwich!!! It's always my go-to for a quick dinner. Their Big Bacon Classic is also delish!!!

If I could give a zero, I definitely would the staff were kinda rude. My fries were cold, and my burger was all messed up like they just threw it together and didn't care where it ended up honestly. My girlfriend got a taco salad and it was literally chili threw on a bed of lettuce.
Consistently Disappointed
I don’t usually leave reviews, but my experiences at the Wendy’s in Richlands have been so frustrating that I need to speak up. Every time I order, something goes wrong. My order is incredibly simple: a sandwich with only ketchup and pickles. Yet, almost every weekend for months, my burger has been wrong.
Sometimes it comes with onions and mayonnaise, other times it’s loaded with everything that’s supposed to come on the burger. It’s as if no one is even reading the order. I should have learned to check my food before leaving, but I don’t think I should have to when I’ve been clear about what I want.
It’s incredibly frustrating to get all the way home, realize the mistake, and have to drive back to fix it. I like Wendy’s food when it’s done right, but this location’s inability to follow basic instructions is making it hard to stay a loyal customer.
Worst I’ve ever had waited 30 minutes on food it was cold ordered chili waited 30 min just to be told didn’t have any never goin back and will spread it around
