Service has always been good here, and recently the food has been much better. I've had a few times they forgot to add extra protein as I ordered online, but hasn't been a problem recently.

The managers of this Subway are always polite and friendly. They work quickly when preparing orders and seem to always be interested in providing a good customer experience. The food is fresh and delicious. The restaurant and bathrooms are always clean. There is also a nice area outside where you can eat when the weather allows. Finally, I've noticed that this store goes above and beyond to decorate for the season. Definitely one of my favorite places to eat in the NRV! I wish all Subway restaurants were this good.

This subway is always top tier. I come here all of the time and they are nicer than anyone could ever ask for. One time my car died before i could pick up my mobile order and the assistant manager brought the sub to my house on my way home. I dont see how anyone could give them less than 5 stars. The two managers vienna and john are extremely nice and definitely lead by example and it shows. Ive never had a bad experience here

We have ordered pick up from here twice now. Both times the orders have been horribly wrong. The second time was worse though, with hardly any of the toppings being accurate to the actual order. I ended up filing a complaint with Subway and asking for a refund because the order was frankly inedible with what was actually put on the sandwich. It took over two weeks to receive a response and all that was mentioned was "reviewing cameras for training opportunities".

Stopped in here after a day of traveling for a cookie. It was a very good cookie. The place is very neat and tidy, and the staff were nice and accommodating. All in all, it was a very nice store and good for the Riner area.
