Good service good food
Food was great! Mandi is an amazing server! So nice and helpful. Will definitely recommend and dine again.
Bathrooms are so clean & smell amazing
It's was very nice and the waitress was on time and on top of it and the food was good.
Our food on this last trip wasn't excellent or even warm. But I still love this Applebee's!
The drunks at the bar was standing on stools yelling across the place… my first appetizer came out 40 mins after sitting down… and half price appetizers only apply to whatever they choose… both our steaks overcooked - his medium well came out well done and my well done came out dry and hard but we liked our waitress she was lovely and fixed what issues she could.. 2/10 recommend & mind u i did a review about 4 years ago 1/10 stars here because everything we had ordered came out drenched in salt except the dollar tree chicken tenders and hadnt been back til tonight, not much better

We always order same thing, Crispy Chicken Salad. Always excellent the only issue we have they do not give a senior citizen discount. They should to compete with other restaurants in the area.

Not what it used to be. Service is really bad.
Carside pick up. Was done on time and properly packed other than missing salsa and having ranch which i specifically asked to not have.
My daughter and I went for dinner there because I wanted someone else to cook for a change. I should have just went to kroger instead. We ordered mozzarella sticks, sent back twice. I told them to just put my dinner in a box to take home and still didn't get that correctly, they brought it out on plates. Not happy at all. The only thing that was correct was the drinks we sipped on for 30 minutes. I asked for waitress but none in sight. I left 2-$5 bills on table to cover the drinks and the tip.......not sure why i even did so.
I have seen improvement in Applebees Rocky Mount. Fast, friendly service when I visit. Great team work.
Everyone is great and very nice. They all make this place very welcoming. Kind and funny hearts.
