Ive had one of the most difficult weeks in my life, today the worst until I stopped here. Kaleb made my day so much better with his positive attitude and the fact that he made sure my food was 100%. Dude turned my horrible day around just being a good guy! Thanks man!

If you're an Arby's fan, go for it, if you're a bit of a critic, don't bother, the burgers lack flavor, the sandwiches are lackluster, and they basically have a skeleton crew running the place, overall rating, 3 stars.

Haven't ate at Arby's for years. Got tired of the average food at an expense price. I was looking for something different. Ugghh disappointed 😞 got a couple French dip and Swiss sandwiches, the roast beef was thick cut just several pieces folded together. The dip was tasteless brown water. Also got a sweet brisket sandwich combo, no sauce was found in the bag, so I had a dry brisket. I was so disappointed for $30, it just wasn't worth it. I'll feed the roast beef to my cats, I'm not eating that thick cut mess. The girl that took my order was very friendly and courteous, so there's that.

Today I was so tired so I decided to stop by Arby's to get supper. They were very busy but the service was exceptional. Very friendly and efficient. There was a problem with a ticket ahead of me and the nice lady asked another employee if she would take my order on another register and without thinking she immediately said yes with a sweet smile on her face. When I got the food home it was correct and still hot. Thank you ladies at the Rocky Mount Arby's. U made me feel welcomed and u saved me from cooking 😂❤️🤗💯
