Just came through the drive thru and order the 4 for $10, and the lady working the drive thru was rude as could be. She asked if we wanted sauce, and my fiance said “a bunch of arby sauce” and she replied back with “ill give you what i can give you” in the worst attitude.

Very fast and friendly service! And super clean on the inside! I don’t like eating my food at a table where people have left remnants of their food! So it’s nice that even when they get super busy, they take the time to clean off their tables.

Husband went through drive thru and took forever. Got a chicken bacon swiss for me....got it home and it had only a half piece of bacon and NO tomato....VERY disappointed with whoever made this order. Tried to call and let them know, but they would not answer the phone!

A few days ago, my mother and I came here to grab a quick bite to eat because I had an important appointment to get to down the street from this location. We both were very dissatisfied with an employee currently working at this establishment. She was doing drive thru and she was impatient and impolite… not to mention when we got there to the window to pay for our food. They failed to give me my card back in decent time and by the time we got to my appointment we had to turn around to collect my card in which they failed to return to me in decent timing. I knew something was off and missing. Plus when we tasted the food. The curly fries tasted awful and soggy. The sliders we ordered was mashed together and not properly done right. We are definitely disappointed and wouldn’t even recommend anyone come to this establishment until they get it together. The only thing that was okay was our drink. That’s all! #Disappointed #Shameful

Ordered from door dash and we did not get what we ordered. We ordered 3 orders of curly fries and got crinkle cut. I was told by Arby’s that the dasher was told they were out of curly fries and they stated the would tell me but they did not. So my review of the restaurant and the dasher at this point is not very good. My dasher was Brian and Amber, when I reached out to them I was told to contact door dash and they ended the chat, I wish I could choose my dashers for future orders. Not to mention we did not get sauces for the chicken nuggets so they could not be eaten I also ordered Arby’s sauce with the meal and we did not get that either.

I’ve been going to this Arby's for years. The ole Arbys at the Shell! In good old Rocky Mount. People always speak negatively about this place, but I personally think they do a pretty good job!!I got a classic roast beef here recently, and it was great! The only issue was that the curly fries they gave me were burned. When I took the curly fries back, I asked the guy why they would serve them like that. The guy responded by saying he was truly ashamed of himself and said he couldn’t believe the fries were served burnt and that they should have been thrown away. He wasn’t wearing a name tag, so I can’t include his name, but that guy gave the most awesome customer service! He was fast and very apologetic. Gave me new fries in a flash! Before I left, he looked me in the eyes and told me again just how ashamed he felt that I was served burnt curly fries. He said he wouldn’t want that done to him or his family. I felt he was genuine. I hope that guy gets the raise he deserves.
