This was our first time. And we went mid afternoon which may have impacted the food.

The service was beyond fantastic. The guy was very enthusiastic and consistently checked on us. The atmosphere was funky and befitting of the harvester being next-door.

The speed in which we got the food was super fast. We got our food in less than five minutes which really surprised me considering the time of the day. The fries were fantastic, especially for crinkle fries. They were nice and crispy.

The burger, though was lukewarm and no crust on it at all. It kind of reminded me of what Burger King does of pre-cooking burgers and then reheating them quickly to turn them over fast.

It had OK flavor and the toppings were very good. But for a burger place with a name burger in it, you would expect a little bit more.

What a great place! My husband got the one with brisket and it was delicious. I had the fish sandwich, also delicious. Menu was broad, I had trouble deciding. It's a small place, quaint and in the middle the small town. Not that big, bar sitting and high tops in the restaurant. There might be upstairs dining as i saw stairs, but not sure. Several big screen tests with sports on. Several picnic tables if you want to eat outside. I did not see a dedicated parking lot so you need to park on the street or across The Harvester where there is a free parking lot.

Food not good was greasy and chewy.

Went on. Only 2 servers with full restaurant of patrons at 6pm on a Saturday? May try again if they get hired up, but from the other reviews was already skeptical of coming here as service seems an issue.

I've never had anything of the menu that i didn't like. All the food is amazing and savory. Sweet staff too!

Best thing I ever ate!

It was a Friday night, so it was crowded and we were a large group. They still took great care of us. Our service was terrific as was the food.

I love everything about this place! We try to stop by anytime we're in the area.

As a local we eat here pretty regularly, the food is always good! My family and I have never had a bad service encounter, every server we have had as always treated us with respect and got to us in a timely manner even when really busy. We also do take out orders quite regularly more than dine in and I can only think of one time that something wasn’t right and it was something so small it didn’t really matter much. Some of our favorites are the possum eggs, cheese fries, onion rings, smokestack burger, sunrise burger and wraps.

Just went to Rocky Mount Burger Company and had exceptional food, drinks, & service! Becca was the bartender and was spot on with how fast she took care of me. I ordered their special of the week. Hamburger steak, fries, & side salad. It was out of this world. 10/10 would recommend. I'll definitely be back.

we are frequent customers and last night was slammed and we still had the best service! friendly with a smile! fast, courtesy and always with a smile despite the huge crowd! we love this place! hightly recommend this place and give Becca 100% she's amazing!! she knows her customers and even the new ones and makes everyone feel welcome and comfortable! best place to hang out in rocky mount va!
