If this location was only open in the morning, this would be a five star review. After 12, the quality of both food and service go downhill. The food just sits there as they go through slow hours, fries have no seasoning and are barely warm, workers appear undertrained and unaware of what to do, and chicken is mediocre. In the morning, everything is hot and fresh and fantastic, and the workers are lovely, quick, and attentive. There is no reason for both tea containers to be empty...

It was OK. I don't visit Bojangles often. This location was reasonably clean. The food was alright but not uniformly "good". For example, the sauce was only on maybe 1/3 of the chicken sandwich versus put in the middle so that it could somewhat be spread out.
They were also out of sweet tea ?
Still, the staff was nice and the outdoor area had a little seating area.

Worst Bojangles I've ever dined in or out.
I will have to say in my most recent visit everything was spot on from A to Z. Hopefully this will be closer to the norm in the future. If so 5⭐
