There will never be enough elaborative words to describe how wonderful this company and all of its staff are. My husband and I, recently used them to cater our wedding. The level of professionalism, communication, and overall dedication to their craft is next level. The food at both our tasting and the wedding was incredible, and the amount of compliments we have received from guests is unimaginable. Center Stage is my go-to catering business! They have a wide variety of menu items, the food is delicious, the presentation is beautiful, and the customer service is top-notch. I love that they are big city quality but local to Rocky Mount.
One word.....Wow! While attending a training seminar in Roanoke my company had Center Stage provide boxed lunches. The lunched consisted of a sandwich, bag of chips, fresh apple, slice of cake/brownie, breath mint and a chilled bottle of water. The sandwiches were either ham, turkey or roast beef.
I chose the shaved roast beef with horseradish mayo, caramelized onion jam, sharp cheddar cheese, fresh greens on a ciabatta roll. Best sandwich I think I've ever had....
