I'm not the biggest fan of Cook Out, but this is probably the nicest one I've been too. For starters, this location has indoor dining. It was super clean and looked really nice. Service was friendly and food came out fast. The price was cheap. Nice visit.

I coach a high school tennis team and we stopped in last night after a match in Bassett. The employees were great, the food was very good, and the speed of the service was outstanding.
The food is good but I feel like they skimp on the portion sizes. I ordered onion rings with my tray and got four sad little onion rings. I was expecting a little more than that for my sides. Other than that, the food is great.

Multiple bad experiences with services here, but food is generally good. We go here to change up the selection at times. Most recently however, we ordered a $30 order for the entire family in the drive through, which included 2-trays, 2 BLTs, a BBQ sandwich, and millshake. After paying and receiving the food and drinks, we drove home. Upon arriving at home and looking through the food to dive out to the kids, it was discovered that not a single food item was correct. We had received someone else's order, and the receipt on the bag, was for 6 minutes prior to our arrival at the restaurant. Quite fustrating. Called customer service, and the lady on there was very courteous and took our information. She said she would notify the appropriate store location. Food is generally fresh and tasty, just wish the service complimented the food. On a good note... we all got to try food we have never ordered from cookout before.
