Food is not that great not sure why i go here from time to time. Need to stop going because im literally always disappointed.

The food at the Ferrum Dairy Queen is always pretty good and consistent, no complaints there. The staff is friendly and courteous every time I visit. However, the drive-thru has become a real pain lately. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve gone, I’ve been told to “pull up to the yellow pole” and ended up waiting 10–15 minutes, even when there’s no line. It’s called “fast food” for a reason, and sometimes I’m in a bit of a hurry, hence using the drive-thru. I like this DQ, but the wait times are getting ridiculous.

Have been enjoying this place for many years! I have yet to be disappointed! This DQ offers the coke freestyle machine, which is another reason I opt for this DQ.

Very tasty tenderloin biscuit..service was pleasant..
To be fair, Christine liked it but I didn't. I felt rushed placing my order. And wound up with a burger with bbq sauce and hard bacon. I also got a strawberry shake that tasted like they started to pour iced tea into the cup and then realized it was supposed to be a shake. Even using a coupon, it was overpriced especially since I didn't enjoy it.
Hello dairy Queen and they have great food and I love ice cream cakes 🎂.

Food was so good!! Side salad was nice, crisp, and fresh! Wonderful staff. So nice and friendly and it was quiet inside even though it was busy with other people, even small children. Love it here. Quick service, clean place, delicious food, great customer service.

Used their Drive thru - Met the ABSOLUTELY prettiest Lady working the Drive thru. She had such a great voice, personality, and smile, and she REALLY made my day!!! I'm going back there every time I go to Rocky Mount!!! Oh, and the food was great too!
