The food at the Ferrum Dairy Queen is always pretty good and consistent, no complaints there. The staff is friendly and courteous every time I visit. However, the drive-thru has become a real pain lately. The last 5 or 6 times I’ve gone, I’ve been told to “pull up to the yellow pole” and ended up waiting 10–15 minutes, even when there’s no line. It’s called “fast food” for a reason, and sometimes I’m in a bit of a hurry, hence using the drive-thru. I like this...

Food was so good!! Side salad was nice, crisp, and fresh! Wonderful staff. So nice and friendly and it was quiet inside even though it was busy with other people, even small children. Love it here. Quick service, clean place, delicious food, great customer service.
