Food is always right but the service is terrible.

We have been here numerous of times and this last visit was an absolute joke. The drive thru worker handed an overflowing drink out the window and proceeded to laugh. Overcooked chicken, undercooked fries, asked for extra Reese pieces (and charged for it) to recieve less than what you would normally get. My husband couldn't even eat his blizzard due to hair and beard hair. Spent $50 to be told to drive back to the store to show the lead the blizzard that didn't have extra Reese's. Absolutely disgusting and didnt even bother to give us our receipt

Ice cream was great but the girl at the window was EXTREMELY RUDE. I think the name on her shirt said Erin? She literally snatched our card and rolled her eyes at us. I constantly have issues with rude workers here and it’s so annoying. If I could give zero stars I would.

The best strawberry milkshakes know to man. Very expensive though. $ 5 for a small one.

My son and I love our weekly chocolate dip cone.

Go there for Breakfast sometimes but all their food is Delicious

I made a point of inquiring about the counter attendant's name. Mel provided exceptional service, ensuring my family's needs were met. Her friendliness, extensive menu knowledge, and five-star treatment far exceeded typical fast-food service. We plan to return and hope to be served by Mel again.

I didn't know when I walked in it was going to take me 20 minutes to get my food when they're steadily handing out food to everybody else around me that manager called Michael in the back was playing around a little bit too much and probably should lose his job

There's always a wait for food. Employees walk around looking as though they are lost. When you get your food, it's good, but it takes a while.

A little pricey depending on what you order but the quality is always there so that's nice. The staff is always very helpful as well
