Domino's Pizza

I ordered a pizza on the mobile app and when I arrived, I had to wait an additional 25 minutes for my pizza, turns out it was already made, and sitting on the rack getting cold, even though the cashier said my pizza was not ready or my order was not submitted. Had to get the supervisor involved just to give me a nine dollar pizza and I had to wait 25 minutes for it. Do better.

So my problem isn’t even with this dominos itself because they made everything that was “ordered” correctly. My problem comes from the side company that takes your order when you try to order by talking to someone. They are taking your order from who knows where but I had placed an order and went over it with the woman on the phone 2 or 3 times. I prepaid because the order was over 50$. Went to pick up the food, ran an errand and got the food home to the kids, finally sat down to eat my pizza and it was a plain cheese stuffed crust. The stuffed crust was right but it was supposed to have toppings on it. Needless to say i don’t even know who to complain to because if I call the store it’s an automated message so here i am leaving this. So much for enjoying a pizza for dinner…

Food is consistently amazing--way better than I'd ever expect from a national pizza chain. They seem to regularly have some crazy deals too. This Dominos location is leagues above the other comparable pizza delivery options in Rocky Mount.

I ordered cheesy bread and a pizza for take-out and the pizza was less than great. Too much tomato sauce and green peppers. And with only 2 people working, it took double the time for food to be ready. Bummer!!

Well, the employees were really nice and respectful!!! I got the BBQ chicken pizza, and it was so good.

Employees are morons, management is a reflection of that. More than 5 times in the last month, has it taken hours for them to get an order through. Entire staff needs fired immediately, and replaced with competent people, dominoes needs to make sure they pay enough to get decent help.

Absolutely the worst managed restaurant I've ever ordered from! I have tried multiple times to give it the benefit of the doubt. I am always very specific with my order, which is not a big deal...cut into squares and we'll done. Both are options to select when ordering online. Almost 100% of the time, they never read the notes...which again, is a very clear option on the orser form. 3 times workers said, "oh, yeah, we never look at the special request notes. Last time though...wow! I ordered, picked up...not in squares or we'll done. Offered to remake, said great, I'll wait. Surprise, surprise...THEY ACTUALLY DID THE SAME EXACT THING! I thought it was a joke, just messing with me. The assistant manager was right there making a pizza, and was either to cowardly, embarrassed or just really bad manager...threw cashier under bis and never bothered to walk the 5 or 6 steps to the register to address the problem. Unbelievable! Easy to understand why you never see workers last more than a month. Quality control, customer satisfaction and management or training is non-existent! Too bad because I love their pizza. Moved my business to Papa John's. Steer clear of this store if yiu actually want what you bought and paid for.

It will be a long time before I order from here again. I placed an order at 8:27pm and didn't get it delivered until almost 3 hrs later. I understand about being short staffed but almost 3 hrs later is ridiculous

Visited here many times. Today's visit was above average. Food is pretty good and seemed not super fresh. It was very hot though. The staff were nice and helpful, and the place is clean. It's an above average restaurant.
