The food was great, the server was great, but the food was duper slow getting to the table. Then the scashier made a mistake & overcharged one of the guests in our party a hundred $$ for her simple salad, drink & smothered chicken. I guess that happens, but it hurts the wallet, for sure. Then, it took a while to process the refund. It should've been resolved immediately.

I can't say enough good things about the food here and friendly staff. If you are a steak person you can't go wrong, and they have the absolute best oysters rock I have ever had. The home made dressings are so yummy , you will love all of them. If you are a ranch person lets just say that they should be awarded a trophy.

I so dont get this place. Only go here once a year at Christmas when in town visiting family during Christmas. Young waitress was awful, and I made sure I told them that on my way out. It was Christmas, I was prepared to tip a waitress $50 for our party of 6, but only left $20 when she didnt: smile, refill our waters, left our cloth napkins on floor during dinner service ( we had a child knock over their water and we all chipped in and tossed our napkins on the floor to soak up water) she didnt offer or bring us bread/butter. In my 6 consecutive years of going here, and being from the midwest where we do beef, the best thing Ippys has going is the N.Y. Strip.
