Jersey Mike's Subs

10/1/25 went in at 8:40 and ordered a Chicken Philly. I was informed. That the grill had been cleaned and that they were not making any more hot subs tonight. I thought you could get anything on the menu until they closed at 9:00PM. I guess it is more important for them to go home at 9:00 PM. I didn’t order anything else to eat.

Philly steak nothing special, did not have the best of flavors. Staff very nice and professional, atmosphere, the floor was extremely messy, but they were extremely busy. Thanks JMs but I dont think I will try you again.

Been going here since opening and was always satisfied but last couple visits not soo much today was tops.
Not busy at all ordered cold sub for wife and Philly for myself . Knocked out cold sub fast and that was it girl on grill never started the Philly too busy talking. They did offer to start it but in a bit of rush so I'm done with them for awhile if the workers just seem like they don't want to be there
And then ask for a tip while paying

I went to this Shoppe on July 3rd, with another person. Wanted to try Jersey Mike's. They were pretty busy. I noticed they had a Philly sub. I was leery, but decided to try it. My order, regular, add mushrooms and mayo. Inside cooked and bread not warm. Now, I lived in Jersey, those Phillies have what I ordered already on them, no adding required. It took awhile, but got something. The pictures of this Philly is online and at store. The Philly yous get is nothing close to those pictures. My Philly was warm, all I saw was bread, not cut into. It looked like there wasn't anything I ordered on it. I opened it up. There was a orangish, gravy or sauce, very little whatever it was, no cheese, no mayo. I honestly wish I took pictures. If this is a Philly, I need thicker glasses. And then noticed, the tables weren't clean, food on floor from past customers. Now, yous guys need to go to Hemas or Franks (Roanoke). They have Phillies , just like Jersey.

only took 6 minutes to get my 2 subs, friendly, fast service and dry clean restaurant. most definitely will go back

Updating after my second visit: Today's visit was much less great. My food was made wrong and while it did taste good, it was extremely messy. To pay almost $13 for a sub that wasn't right is ridiculous. The service was veeeery slow and I noticed how others were also getting their orders wrong.

Overall, still good, just disappointed.

I spend a lot of money at jersey mikes each month. The past 3 times I have ordered subs online, they are messed up. I understand they get busy so today I decided to order in person so that I can make sure they are right. After waiting 35 minutes for my 3 hot subs to come out- one was made incorrectly. They offered to remake it, but after 30 minutes of waiting- who has time to wait even more?

Me and my fiance ate here for lunch today, did a mobile piçkup order and is our first time trying Jersey Mike's. It did not disappoint!!!! I will no longer be going to subway, Jersey Mike's all day. The employees were kind and professional and made sure I had my chipotle mayo and ranch. Keep doing what y'all are doing!!! It is fantastic. Would attach pictures but we already have them ate!! Haha

Out of eight tables only two were clean enough to sit at.
Floors needed swept.
Employees walking around and chatting like they had nothing better to do.

I've never had a bad sandwich at Jersey Mike's, until now! I wanted a simple turkey & provolone. With just mayo, pickles, onions and light lettuce on white bread. What I got was a mess-all the above -but with tomatoes, oil & vinegar and honey mustard on some kind of bread that wasn't white! Not very tasty!! Very disappointed!

These guys REALLY know how to make a sandwich! Let me be clear-they understand how to build one for the best flavor and overall experience. Meats and cheeses slices to order, breads with the right amount of crumb, veggies are cut thin for the best flavor, they even UNDERSTAND when and where to put wet ingredients and seasoning! Each time we've been there, tje sandwich maker picks through the tomatoes fornjust the right ones! The ingredients are top notch! It is obvious that they hire for quality as well as the workers truly seem to care about the end result. They are everything that Subway doesn't seem to get. I get turkey and husband gets the Italian, both "Mike's Way". Fantastic!

I find that the subs from Jersy Mikes fresher and more flavorfull. I also find them to be a bit more costly. The store here is clean and well kept. The employees that I encountered were professional.

I stopped in tonight to get subs, the only one in there. My steak sub was missing stuff and im pretty sure my chicken sub wasn't chicken. Disappointed.
