Ate here is the past and it was fine, now they just lock the doors at 7pm on a Tuesday
Slowest place in town. If you want fast don't come here Employees dont care, I dont think corporate cares either. Only has drive thru open and they can't even handle that. They take 1 order at a time. Manager Holden, was the one at the window and when I complained he didn't care, told him I would contact corporate and he still didn't care. If everyone stops going, eventually it will close and the rude owners wont profit from being rude anymore. I for one will not be returning.

I used the drive through. I ordered an eight-piece. Worst chicken ever. It must have been 2 days old. I actually ended up feeding it to my dog.

I have loved KFC all my life especially the extra crispy so I stopped and got some delicious food
Don't get any chicken sandwiches, old & dried out.
And the chicken greese taste old also. 👎🤢👎
It’s very sad how this KFC has went down . I used to love it and frequent here but they don’t care anymore . I visited today and got a famous bowl . They served it cold and they only added 4 popcorn chickens for the whole bowl. I complained and was given a very dismissive attitude . She said “I’m just going to refund you “ rolled her eyes at me and acted like she could care less . She was a bit standoffish .I wasn’t greeted when I entered the place nor was I treated like a valued guest. No “thank you “ or anything. The Rocky Mount area deserves a better KFC
I redeemed an offer on the KFC app that stated if you ordered 5$ or more you received a 3 piece tenders box for free. I placed an order using app. The order showed an error message that order was not received. So in the parking lot of KFC, For some crazy reason, this location doesn't let anyone into restaurant after 3 pm. So, I placed order again. This time the app said order placed. I go to order speaker and explained that I had to place 2 orders on app because fist gave an error message. They said drive up to pick-up window. As I'm wating to get to pickup window, I look at app and it looks like 1st order has now gone through and 2nd order is in progress. I get to to pickup window and explain what I have done and tell them I only want 1 order. Please cancel one of the orders. I was told by the manager, Debra, that she could not cancel the order in progress. I would have to do it in the app. She would not give a refund for the 2nd order. I asked her where on app I could cancel order. Debra said she didn't know with an attitude. Same attitude she has had for years. Not a good one for someone dealing with public. Another employee walked up and tried to help. But couldn' find anywhere on app to cancel 2nd order. He suggested calling corporate and asking for refund. So I left with only the 1 order even though I had paid for 2. After going home, I decided to go back and get the other order I had paid for. I get to KFC and tell them Im picking up an order I placed on the app. After giving my name, Debra, the rude manager, says she recognizes me from before and doesn't have any order for me. I told her the app has charged me twice and I want my 2nd order or my money back. Debra, the rude manager, tells to pull up to pick up window. I pull up to window in less than 10 seconds. Debra, the rude manager, hands me my order with no comment or thank you. Wonder how that order was prepared, boxed, and bagged in less than 10 seconds. I'm very thankful that Zaxbys will be in Rocky Mount soon.

they’re all ratchet and disrespectful
We came by at 7:49pm tonight to get dinner. Ordered a Big classic chicken Sandwich box that came with 5 nuggets, drink, and a side. Get home and I noticed the nuggets were gone from the box. So I tried to call them and of course THEY DID NOT ANSWER THE PHONE! All together on food for 3 people we spent $35.58 and I will not be going back. Screw that place! At least when other places mess up, they ANSWER THEIR PHONES to talk to their customers to try to find a solution if there is one. KFC just doesn’t care about its customers. Only their customers money.
