0 stars. My daughter’s birthday cake was supposed to be ready by 10:30 am and went in to pick it up and it was not ready had no decorations on it. This is after I placed the order a month ahead of time just to call and check on it a week before her party and a girl told me they couldn’t do it that I needed to call back and check with the cake lady so I kept my patience and called back and the lady acted confused and said she should not have told me that because she already had the stuff to do it and now we waiting on it because it’s not ready when it should have been! It’s been nothing but trouble.

They send out prescription coupons for $50 to transfer from your pharmacy to theirs...My son-in-law used one at the window...later realized he did not get the $50... asked them about it and they gave him the run around stalling..they called back again and the lady said they saw the transaction where he turned it in but it failed to go on the card..she said all we can do is put $25 on your card...WHAT DA HECK..she acknowledged it was $50 but would only give him $25. after fussing about it she finally raised it to $30..KROGER is NOT they good store it use to be

The Rocky Mount VA store reminds me of a convenience store with all the nasty homemade signs. I personally wouldn't have makeshift signs on the exterior of a multi billion dollar company store.

Finally, Meg at the Kroger in Rocky Mount put together the bouquets 💐 and boutonnières. She went above and beyond to make sure that everything was perfect. Even going out on her day off hunting for baby pinecone 🌲 on her four wheeler to make sure everything was just right. We are so so thankful for her!

My husband and I were very disappointed in our trip to Kroger this morning. This was the first time we'd been there in 5 months, because of Covid, and we were ready to do a big grocery haul. We got there at 6 AM, thinking it would be the safest time to be there. We were shocked to count at least 5 employees not wearing masks. One said he'd gotten hot [but still didn't pull it up], another just glared at me when I asked him to pull his mask up, and I didn't even engage the oth

There is absolutely no excuse for employees to be shoving customers and forcing their way into people's personal space during a global pandemic. Especially considering the statewide orders to stay at least 6ft away from anyone you don't live with. I have half a mind to report this establishment for the health hazard they are to the general population. Attached is a photo of how close everyone is being packed in this store I couldnt even back up enough to get all of the employees forcing their way into my personal space, in the photo! If you value your life, find somewhere else to buy essential goods.
