I love the fact that their HNR pizza is always fresh and they're crew is always working hard to make sure u have quick and accurate service. Their employees are very friendly and courteous. I generally appreciate the good service and budget friendly pizza at the Rocky Mount Little Caesar’s on Tanyard..however my recent experience had rough spots. When ordering 4 pizzas, I called to ask about allergen info, the response I received was dismissive. They said, “dude, it’s flour, sauce, and cheese. If you die from it, that’s on you. I don’t read allergy labels.” which made me feel unheard.. I’d hoped to speak with a manager for clarification, but unfortunately, they weren’t available even after a 10 minute wait. I hung up! Additionally, when picking up the order, requesting 10 napkins led to a comment about it not being a full service rsetaurant.. they said “You know we’re not a full service restaurant, right? You might be a little messy if you need that many napkins.” which feels unnecessary. Despite these interactions I do still value the affordability and the quality of a good Little Caesar’s pizza.. the manager I spoke with when I picked up the order was quite apologetic. They said they can’t find better help.. I hope these problems will be addressed for more consistently positive experiences

I get it, it is a budget friendly pizza. However what you get from here is slop. Pizzas just thrown together, falling apart, barely sliced. If you decide to get food from this location just be prepared to slice your own pizza at home and eat it with a spoon or fork because it doesn’t hold up.

Paid for our order at 3:59 and was told to wait in my vehicle and the food would be brought to us. 4:29 I go back inside to see what the problem is, show my receipt and worker says it's already been brought out, Wrong I've been watching the door with two hungry grandchildren. I get offered a refund but I still have two hungry children so I wait for the order to be made/remade,finally at 4:50 we get food. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION
Employees were so nice I'm a little Grand boys in the back and gave them a special treat at which was so thoughtful and the food was just great

Its hard to beat the price and convience of their hot n ready pizza, but the quality takes a drop. Especially if its been sitting out for awhile. My last pizza here was a little tough.
