Paid for our order at 3:59 and was told to wait in my vehicle and the food would be brought to us. 4:29 I go back inside to see what the problem is, show my receipt and worker says it's already been brought out, Wrong I've been watching the door with two hungry grandchildren. I get offered a refund but I still have two hungry children so I wait for the order to be made/remade,finally at 4:50 we get food. NEVER AGAIN AT THIS LOCATION

Its hard to beat the price and convience of their hot n ready pizza, but the quality takes a drop. Especially if its been sitting out for awhile. My last pizza here was a little tough.
Drive thru window was not working. Could not hear through speaker and pizza did not have enough cheese nor was hot.

I have to say even doing a online order here at this place with your full name and what all your order. And then when you get to the place to tell them you have a online order and pull up and then they start asking me what did you have. And trying to give that info and then tell them your name 3 times. Because they cannot pay attention because they hand is glued to there phone and playing around. This is crazy. I think manager needs to Crack down on them or have a big time manager come by out of the blue and see how they are doing.
I only gave a one star bc I had to , to write something. I did an online order , told me the order would be ready in 20 mins . Get there and for the 3rd time they had given my order to someone else , , how does this happen???? Isn't our names posted on the order. So at first the young people tried to tell us it was the internets fault and they would NOT be remaking it , but since it was already paid for , I guess there was no other way but to remake it. On to the very young person who said she was the manager , called from the parking lot and asked what happened and she tried to say some excuses and then hung up on me , , but as we were there another lady cane in.and they had done the same to her order . Come to find out it happened to atleast 5 other people today 6/16/24. So I would think they either need to close the business or hire people that want to work , not just hand out already paid pizza just to who ever walks in!
