I went thru the drive thru and I was given someone else’s entire order. Nothing I ordered was even given to me at the window. Had to go back thru drive thru (I had 2 sleeping babies). The second trip thru the drive thru it took me 30 mins just to get back to the window. I told them what happened showed them what I received vs what I ordered. They requested I pull forward and wait for them to correct my order. Only for me to eat half of my burger before looking down and realizing...read full review
They served me coffee with a bug in it...Then only refunded coffee and not meal purchased with it....I wasn't gonna eat no nuggets and fries after a bug in coffee...The bag was left in fridge, being a consumer who uses wheelchair, I had difficulties bringing coffee in, and they never answered phone...Happened on 06/28/2025....I HAVE PICS OF BUG FLOATING IN MY COFFEE THAT I SPIT BACK....WISH I COULD POST ON HERE,BUT IT'S ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE👀👀#CHECKCOMMENTUNDERPOSTFOR PICS
Everyone is friendly and polite. I feel comfortable there, and the food is 100 percent comfort!
