Picked up breakfast to carry to elderly parents. Got big breakfast and hotcakes with other things. Get to their home 20 miles away and find no butter, syrup, utensils or napkins in bag. That's starting to become normal business at Rocky Mount, Virginia McDonald's.

This McDonald's has been a staple for most highscoolers in this area. Providing teas and McChicken to keep the youth strong. We never have any issues from this location and my family doesn't have to worry when ordering here. Quality is usually good.

This has to be the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my life. I ordered 4 things and tell me how they get 2 of the items wrong and didn't give me the other 2 items. They always get my orders wrong and they take forever.

I recently had a fantastic visit to the McDonalds in Rocky Mount!! Decided to treat myself to a Big Mac large combo meal.. it hit the spot. The Big Mac was delicious, and the fries were fresh and hot, just the way I like ‘em! But the star of the show was the McDonaldland shake.. I was impressed! It has a very good flavor that reminds me of the yogurt I enjoyed during my childhood, bringing back some good memories. It’s kinda a bummer it’s a limited time menu item, as I would love to enjoy it year round. Overall I left feeling pleased with my meal, And I can’t wait to get another McDonaldland shake soon. If you’re a fan of nostalgic flavors, do yourself a favor and give it a try!
I kinda miss the old management at this location.. Mr. McCarty was always such a friendly man

I’m not sure who runs this establishment but since the new owners took over they haven’t gotten a single meal of our correct. Dave yourself some time and go somewhere else that’s cheap and the workers know how to read a simple order to make a burger plain.

This used to be an amazing mcd. Clean. Pleasant employees. Fast service. Now staff are rude. Most recently, i was in the drive thru. The employee took 3 orders from the other lane and was ringing them up on my drive thru screen. After the 3rd car I drove to the window. The woman argued with me that I should have just say there and waited more, then tried to over charge me. On our previous visit, they tried to give me dirty straws. I don't understand what has happened, but this is not a good place to visit any more.

They served me coffee with a bug in it...Then only refunded coffee and not meal purchased with it....I wasn't gonna eat no nuggets and fries after a bug in coffee...The bag was left in fridge, being a consumer who uses wheelchair, I had difficulties bringing coffee in, and they never answered phone...Happened on 06/28/2025....I HAVE PICS OF BUG FLOATING IN MY COFFEE THAT I SPIT BACK....WISH I COULD POST ON HERE,BUT IT'S ON MY FACEBOOK PAGE👀👀#CHECKCOMMENTUNDERPOSTFOR PICS
