this place used to be good but now it just sucks and needs better management the food is always cold now and everyone in there works like they are atleast 90 years old and on life support this place needs to do better but all they care about is the money

Food is good, dirty tables 24/7, service is constantly slow. The new owner seems to just care to save money and is cutting out positions to fill his pockets. Place is going downhill since it was sold. Guess the owner doesn't know how to run a restaraunt. This is the same thing that happened to the bassett forks mcdonalds.

This place is trash now!! Bring back Amanda Rucker!!! Went in there tonight and my quarter pounder was ice cold and even had to wait for the food to be ready, fries barely luke warm. Time before that they didn’t put any condiments on my burger. Idk who bought this place but y'all need to do better or just shut down now!!! This is by far the worst McDonalds I have been too. It used to be so good when Amanda owned it! Keep going like this and yall ain’t gonna last!! PATHETIC!!

I arrived to the drive thru at 10:29am and tried to order lunch. The person inside made a big deal that lunch isn’t served until 10:30. I drove around, parked and went inside. I ordered lunch to go at 10:31 and when I opened the hamburger, the bun was dry and hard and the fries were borderline warm. Shouldn’t the food be hot and fresh at the transition from breakfast to lunch? I didn’t have time to take the food back so I bagged it and didn’t eat it. This isn’t the first time I’ve received marginal food or service at this location since the new owners took over.

I went thru drive thru and received someone else’s entire order. I had to go back thru the drive thru line a second time (2 sleeping babies) this time it took me 30 mins to get to the window. I explained what happened and provided my receipt as proof. They requested I pull to spot #1. I did just that. I received my food after waiting there what seemed like forever. I ate half the burger before looking down to see it was RAW. They didn’t even cook my food before serving it to me.

I went thru the drive thru and I was given someone else’s entire order. Nothing I ordered was even given to me at the window. Had to go back thru drive thru (I had 2 sleeping babies). The second trip thru the drive thru it took me 30 mins just to get back to the window. I told them what happened showed them what I received vs what I ordered. They requested I pull forward and wait for them to correct my order. Only for me to eat half of my burger before looking down and realizing my burger was RAW!!! I’ll never go here again! Do not eat at this establishment!

They never keep the grinch meal in stock. I have gone twice now and it has not been there. When Amanda Rucker was still there is was good but now that management has changed it sucks.

Went through the drive-through and ordered a large French vanilla latte. When I pulled up to the window, they handed me the wrong food and a small coffee. I told them it was the wrong order, and the manager read back my order and still proceeded to hand me the wrong food I had to then turn around and go back to the store, then went inside and explained again that I had the wrong order. they remade it And it was wrong again. I told them one last time it was wrong, then they made the order correct but handed it to the wrong person. Worst service I have ever experienced.

Picked up breakfast to carry to elderly parents. Got big breakfast and hotcakes with other things. Get to their home 20 miles away and find no butter, syrup, utensils or napkins in bag. That's starting to become normal business at Rocky Mount, Virginia McDonald's.
