Great pizza! When you order for this location, make sure you’re ordering from the right papa John’s. There’s also a papa John’s in Rocky Mount, NC. I accidentally ordered for that one, but they were able to make my order here within 15 minutes.

The pizza is fine, but make sure you check to get all the items you ordered and paid for before leaving, especially if they tell you it’s “in the box”.
The third time we ordered 4 additional sauces and didn’t get them we finally decided to call and let them know. The manager on duty said they saw our 4 extra sauces that we paid for sitting there, but, “the most I can do is give you one free sauce on your next visit”.
We accepted since that was “the most they could do”, but they don’t have to worry about us getting that one “free” one.

I have no problem with the pizza, they make very good pizza. What I have a problem with is their choice of having DoorDash deliver my pizza. If I wanted it from DoorDash, I would ORDER it from DoorDash. I purposely order from the papa John’s app to get their delivery which arrives in heated bags and piping hot. Tonight for some reason it was given to door dash who based on the tracking, delivered another order before ours. We received cold pizzas, 30 minutes later than the normal delivery times, and the pizzas were not good. We won’t be patronizing papa any more. You’ve ruined a perfectly good delivery formula.

Stopped in and ordered stuff crust ultimate peporoni pizza. They had it ready quickly. It was fresh and warm when I got home with it.

Absolutely disappointed in the boneless wings, not only were they cold but they also had so little sauce on them that you couldn’t even taste the sauce. They would be better off just giving cups of sauce on the side.

I absolutely love their epic stuffed crust... it's my favorite...but I called in the order this time instead of ordering it online and when I got it home, 10 min later after picking it up, found out it was the wrong pizza and it and my cheesy bread was completely cold and I had to microwave it to eat it. It obviously had been made for a long time. First time I've ever been disappointed with papa johns. ?

Franchise review, not the Rocky Mount location, they make good pizza. Where is Papa John? His reward system was so much better than what is offered now. Papa John was always handing out free pizza, but not the greedy ones that took over. I want Papa John back!!
