Peking Chinese & Grill

Made an order for Shrimp fried rice with chicken and asked for pineapple and green peppers added. Sounds crazy, but recently went to a Thai restaurant and got it there (but it was on there menu like that). They fixed it just right. Tasted great.

Went to pick up my pick up order,Everyone was sitting around eating no one was working. They got up to fix my order while I waited 15 mins to get it just to get the wrong size. I ordered a lg sweet and sour with with rice, and shrimp fried rice. We paid $19 for absolutely the smallest I've ever seen. This place is getting worse every visit. Please think twice about ordering from here.

The food was ok. The resteraunt was clean but not much decor. The guy that waited on us was friendly but we never saw him again after we got our food. I think this place is aiming more for take out.

I have been twice now. Twice too many. Firstly, this is a Chinese restaurant and most of the staff are Chinese. They hardly speak any English and many seem cold and stiff when any request is made.

My first visit, food wasn't great. Today was my second visit, with MUCH better food, but I waited almost an HOUR to get even a side of rice. It took a long time for someone to come over and acknowledge my presence. There is very little in the way of bedside or tableside manner and I just end up disappointed. It will be a long time before I return here.

The waitress looks so miserable and it's to quiet in there maybe some music might help there is one lady that serves us and she is very nice I won't ever be back because I feel one of the waitresses are not grateful! It's the look on her face when you order like you did something wrong just by ordering food from them. I don't mean to be rude but she does she walks by and kinda drops the bill on the table and says thank you to the older ladies at the table behind us just a friendly reminder men are not the only ones that pay the bill sometimes women do to so when I as a woman get attitude I Will not leave a tip you should be nice to everyone not just the handsome man with the lady js.

Place is clean and the food is tasty. No atmosphere, no decor, barely any service. I would use for take out.

Worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. Fried rice tastes like old oil. Even a lake of soy sauce couldn’t remove the taste. I thought since there was FINALLY another oriental food place in Rocky Mount they might step up their game.Boy was I wrong.
