Pizza Hut

This is the most disgusting place in Rocky Mount! Food on buffet is dried up! Thousand island dressing has about a 1/2 pond of sugar in it. Tables dirty, couldn't see out of the windows from food that children are wiping on the windows! Absolutely worst service ever!

Restaurant needs a DEEP cleaning. Corners and baseboards are FILTHY! Food was NOT what I've come to expect from Pizza Hut.

Just stopped here for lunch on a work day. Walked in place seemed clean. Was greeted at the counter by Kiersten . Off The bat an employee like this is what really sets a pizza hut apart from the rest. Most of The time food is generally Good across the board. But this lovely young lady made this place. She was One of the most genuinely polite person I've ever met. Sometimes we've all had them. You get the ones that are a little grumpy. Sometimes they're kind of neutral and sometimes you can tell not normally. Maybe that good of a person but they're like faking it and forcing it. This young lady 100% was just a sweetheart. She kept my drinks full anytime. I asked her anything. It was smile on her face and just happy to help the customer in between customers and helping me. This young lady was wiping down tables sweeping floors. Summa tables didn't even look like they needed a wiping, but she would wipe it off again just to stay productive in between customers. What an amazing young lady! Next time I'm in this area and I'm stopping for lunch. I am sure I'm going to hit this place up again just because of such great service. A+ . The food was delicious. Also, they have some of my favorite hot wings. I'll order them. Was sit down. Drink brought to me. The wings made fresh and brought to me and my table were the best hot wings I have ever gotten from a Pizza Hut

Had almost no pizza in buffet salad bar had slimy rotten cucumbers peppers and olives none of the salad bar was fresh had 1 server for the hole time we were there took forever to bring more pizza out 10 out if 10 would not recommend

I wish i could give -10 stars on customer service. The female manager who pickup the phone and takes order is very unprofessional and rude. she hung up on me and lied to me and gets a attitude quick for no reason. I have worked in food service before and if you have a attitude and don't know basic respect and manners, find another job.

Friendly staff and food is always fresh. I miss the old pizza hut days when pan pizza was standard and the pasta was on point. In today's version you get cheaper versions of the food. The standard crust now is horrible, pay for the upgrade and get the pan.

They have a lunch buffet. It's awesome.

Our order was perfectly prepared. And had a wonderful taste to it. We had two pizzas, boneless wings and a large cheese breadstick. Everything was wonderful. Prepared exactly the way I asked. Thank you Rocky Mount Pizza Hut for always doing a good job!!!

Vegetarian options: We get vegetarian pizzas from time to time and the no meat pasta. Really good.

Parking: Plenty of parking and there are handicap spots in front.

Wings were good...until we saw a worker eating with gloves on, dipped her hand into salad bar food to add food to what she was eating and kept same gloves on to serve customers. We waited more than 10 minutes to get a refill of drink and we're brought our bill when we hadn't ordered our pizza yet...then the pizza we ordered was wrong. Should have gotten up and left when the disgusting worker put her hand down in salad bar vegetables...this place is nasty. I think letting the health department is important

First visit in many years. Great to see the buffet is back open. Great food and fresh. The problem is this place is still severely understaffed and struggles to get much table service, especially on a busy day like Sunday. Otherwise, this is a great establishment and nice folks. Very clean as well.
