Employees straight up refused to look at me or make eye contact with me while I waited in the lobby like an idiot, attempting to order and give money to the establishment, instead talking and joking with each other. Good riddance, I wouldn't go back if you paid me.

First visit to this Starbucks since it opened. It is a great place to chillax and have a quick bite to eat and a refresher. This place is spotless from head to toe and has many places to sit, even outside. The staff interactions were EXCELLENT.
Absolutely will come here again and I highly recommend you do too.

I needed a little boost so I stopped at Starbucks. I got 2 large cold brew coffees. It really hit the spot. Very good. The down side was that 2 coffees were 12 dollars. Ouch. I will stop here for an occassional treat, not for my everyday coffee needs. Let me add that the staff here seemed really attentive and worked well during my brief visit.

I don't like Starbucks much anymore. The service can be combative when they are dealing with an old white guy. Before covid they had a corner with cinnamon, nutmeg, sweetners and some powdered vanilla shakers. Now they are indignant if you ask for something. Aside from that, if you are charging crazy high prices, the customer should feel welcome and consider it worthwhile. I do not anymore.
Always fast, friendly service with Starbucks quality products, and a clean, peaceful environment.

I need to drink mostly decaf and sugar free so I order doppio.Most of the time So I can customize the sugar-free and decaf. I understand the refill policy for regular coffee or tea. .i requested a regular. Seirra refused any and all refills today. Didn't understand why ive been going there .
