I went a got my normal drink today I knew something was off about it so I wanted to make sure it was made right. The lady in the window looked at my cup and said it sat here for a while but I was 7 mins up the road and normally I order from my house which is 15-20min away and my drink was curdled and really dark, another lady came she was being pretty rude so when she said to pull me up and make me another I just said never mind I don’t have the energy to deal with people today but I got home a tasted it I said it was wrong my husband drank it and proceeded to shot me with my Epinephrine due to the wrong milk and we are currently on our way to the hospital for allergic reaction no only that I asked for no meat on my sandwich

I’ve been going here for a couple weeks now, but they got my order wrong three times lolll, kinda upset about it but it’s whatever..
I come through the drive thru on a very regular basis service is always amazing no matter who is working they are very kind and friendly and some of the workers even know my order by name and it’s always delicious!

Everyone at this location has always went above and beyond for me, always greating me with a smile and a good conversation. Today in particular was really nice, a lady named Marry Anne went out of her way to remix my drink after it had settled from where I was running behind (my fault). Always appreciate the care the workers put out 💕

I strongly recommend this place. I do have to say this morning is the first time I have ever had an issue. I had to take my drink back in due to an allergy precaution, they complemented me with a remake and gift card, but the second drink was still made wrong. My sandwich was good, I’m just disappointed because when you customize a coffee the way I do, you really want it to be that. The service was good I’m just not sure if the girl was new or what happened in the process, but it did disappoint my morning.
