Does anyone know who the manager is at the Subway in town?

I stopped in earlier and was told they were out of a certain type of bread and it would be about a 20-minute wait. I left for about an hour, came back, and was then told it would be another hour and a half. Meanwhile, the employees were laughing and sitting on the counter in the back, which felt really unprofessional and like my time wasn’t being taken seriously.

I’m not trying to start anything, but I would like to speak with the manager or owner so this can be addressed. Any info would be appreciated. Thank you!

I did a mobile order and when I got my sub it wasn’t toasted. But after called and talking to them, they said we just needed to come in and they’ll remake the sub. The Rocky mount store has great and very kind employees

I have experienced the Rocky Mount and the Boones Mill Subway restaurants for delivery the first time it was Boones Mill and they charged me $23.00 for the delivery meal and I never received it and got the runaround from the store and corporate never received a refund either.
The second time it was the Rocky Mount store I tried to order online and the system was not letting me pay for the order, so I called the store and inquired about it and they didn’t see anything so I was told and I wanted to place the order by phone for delivery and I was told that they were closing in 10 minutes, but according to google they were open until 10:00pm and it was only 9:26pm. I did not have the energy to argue or even get upset.
I just told the person on the phone to just forget about it and hug up and cried. I Love Subway, but after the experience of those two times I’m going to give up.

Placed an order on the app at 7:20pm and it stated it would be complete at 7:55pm. Went inside because the app said the subs were ready. Walked out of the door at 8:25pm. Watched my subs sit there untouched for 20 minutes. One couple actually ordered and got their food, ate it and left before they even touched mine. Needless to say you could build a house with them because they were hard as bricks. Management should be fired or just shut this crap establishment down and put something else there. This place won’t get another dime from me. I’ll be sure to educate everyone I know about how this place operates.

I came into the Rocky Mount VA, Subway last week and I was very impressed with how smoothly everything went given it was during lunchtime so it was a long line. When I got up to order my sub the server (Catlyn) was very nice and very efficient. The manager (Mandy) was also there on the line working and was very helpful and friendly. The way they worked together was really great and made the line move so quickly. It was very refreshing to see such friendly and genuine customer service. In this world nowadays that is a very rare thing!

The sub that I got was delicious also! Everything from the bread, to the meats and the vegetables was delicious and you could tell the bread had been freshly made and the veggies had been freshly cut up that day.

I was also impressed with how clean the place was!!! From walking into the restaurant to walking out I was truly amazed! I will definitely be returning there soon!!!
