Customers inside should be taken care of first and Uber second. 24 minutes to get 3 tacos. Down right sad and unacceptable. People ordering in person should take priority. Dam near 30 minute wait time does not make fast food restaurants look very capable to serve the public.

They ignor you when you stand at the counter, making you use the screen to order which then messes up our order and left half the items off then they argued with us about what we ordered.

Almost every time we get food there is something wrong. It’s very disappointing. Today I asked for a grilled cheesy roll up, it wasn’t grilled. My chips for my nachos are all broken. We asked for a cup of ice and she handed us a cup with no lid. And she just wasn’t friendly at all.

The only thing I don't like about this Taco Bell is everytime I order a Baja Blast it tastes watered down with city water. The other beverages taste fine though.

They are currently telling all drive-thru customers they are short-staffed during late night hours, and are closed; meanwhile, they have several other customers chilling and eating inside when the dining room should be closed.

If they get your order right the food isn't bad. Would suggest getting some monitors for the employees in the back. So customers don't have to keep telling them what they got. Also don't even get a drink from the dining room can't find one that ever tasted right.

Drive thru experience awful. Everyone had to pull to front to wait on their food. I finally got my food and my dog on nacho fries cold. After I just watched my bag sit there for a lil minute after it being made. The timing of the bag sitting has. Nothing to do with how cold these fries are. Highly disappointed. Haven’t tried rest of food, but I do hope it’s better than these fries and it wait. Wouldn’t been so bad if I wasn’t on my way to work for the night.
