I should have know better. This location is horrible about getting your order wrong. I paid for a JBC and got a cold bun with hamburger, cheese and pickles. Didn't know until I got back home to eat it. It's in the refrigerator, I'll bring it back tomorrow for a refund and won't be back again after that. I'm done with this location.

The screen showed that the vehicle in front of us ordered almost $100 but the staff handled it quickly. They were friendly, fast, and all of our food was accurate. I've never been disappointed by this Wendy's night shift. Thank you guys!

The only two people working in the store was the two girls in the drive-thru windows they were doing their jobs and everybody else's job the back people were playing around mixing up the Tbe orders where they were not coming out The kitchen for the drive-thru line in the right order The girls were having to shuffle through it and trying to take up the slack from the ones in the back. And I know they were playing I went into use the bathroom and you could hear them back there playing through the bathroom wall. One of the cashiers was supposed to be getting off of work at 4:00 and was not able to get off because they did not have enough staff and she did not seem very happy about it but she was very polite to her customers and so was the other drive-thru cashier and being apologetic about the wait. You could also tell that the fries had also been reheated and they were soaked in oil and tasted nothing like Wendy's fries should

Stupidly, I ordered Wendy’s twice today. This location was somehow able to screw up two straight orders. Not the first time. And I’m probably gonna be dumb enough to do it again.

We have had slow service every time we have gone here. Today the hamburgers were undercooked and the server was not willing to give a refund. The store and all the tables were dirty. If we don't die of food poisoning we will never return to this store.

First of all, two burger combo meals for two people was over 30 bucks, what? They were out of lettuce and tomato and out of ketchup in all the containers in the lobby. Many options for the self serve drinks were out as well. Gnats flying around the ketchup containers near the trash can. Seating on the cushion beside us was completely shredded. I don't feel any fast food restaurant should be out of items like ketchup or even tomatoes when there are grocery stores in walking distance of this restaurant to go buy these items to last until the bulk shipment comes in. The young girl who waited on us was nice and polite.

Went there order 50 dollars of food and they got 1 meal out of all the food order right was missing food never go there everything try to go there there is aways a wait and the food is never right or lucky if you get your whole order

I wish I had caught the name of the lady that helped us, but she was nothing short of AMAZING! She searched high and low for the dressing for my taco salad and was able to locate a couple and helped my wife make a decision on the chicken sandwich she wanted. I have been avoiding Wendy's for a number of years because everything about them has dropped off since COVID. But here in Rocky Mount, VA...my faith was a bit restored. Thank you and well done!

This place is absolutely disgusting. The workers in there are horrible and disrespectful. The food is absolutely disgusting 🤮. So sad that this is allowed to go on in this store!
