Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

I ate here many times and had actually left a scathing review a while back. I had ordered online and been left to wait for 45 minutes after they pulled us off to the side and forgot we were there. That was many times. They would pull you and forget. You had to walk in and go where os my stuff.

Since then they have got rid of the two manager types that were sassy and zero accountability and hired on a great staff. I wanted to amend my review to reflect that they have totally changed.

The folks waiting the window more recently were friendly, the food was ready to go in a reasonable time and was all made correct to the order. I am really shocked at how they turned this place around and really made the culture great it looks like too.

Nice staff, very clean and well maintained. Quick service. My gripe is with the food. I'd eaten at Zaxby's in the past, albeit several years ago, and had enjoyed my meals and thought the portions were excellent. For this visit however, I was very disappointed in the size of the tenders- they were generally kind of sadly small, and I ordered the House Zalad with the tenders on top for the price of $11 and they only put one chicken tender on it. It was probably the equivalent of six relatively small bites of chicken for a large salad- definitely not the robust amount of chicken shown in the menu image. The same can basically be said for the size of the tenders in the other meals for the people that we're eating with me. Wish I had taken pictures to demonstrate but I did not. Won't be returning as I did not feel this was a good value for my money.

I went in this morning and got a signature sandwich meal and it was phenomenal. This is about the 5th time I been there and this is the time I been pleased the most! There was a cashier named Nate and he seemed nervous and told me it’s his first day on the register! He did very well and spoke clearly and welcomed me without hesitation. The chicken sandwich was so good I had to go back for another one! Very amazing place and much recommended.

New location and so far they are on target! Speedy service and good food what more does one need for fast food

1st time to this Zaxby's the service was fine, they seemed understaffed but still brought the food to our table. The normal soda machine was a welcome sight. The woman at the counter was multitasking the counter and the drive thru at the same time. The strips have been downsized dramatically the last one was so thin you could almost see thru it. Definetely not worth the money anymore. The strips used to be decent sized and meaty. These were more like a kids meal size strip. The sauces they gave 1 sauce for a 5 piece strip never had that at others. Asked for an extra Zac's sauce and was charged for it. I understand things are tight but come-on enough is enough.
The restaurant and restrooms were fairly clean with a table or 2 that needed attention but plenty of clean seating could be found.
Plenty of parking, but it can be difficult to get into when coming off of 220 towards the restaurant.

Ordered food on the app for curbside pickup. The app said that it would be ready at a certain time. I parked, checked in, and waited 20 minutes AFTER the “ready” time. I went into the establishment only to find out that my food has been sitting there the entire time. I asked if my food was going to be remade since it’s been sitting, I got a simple yes response from the manager. Not an apology, or any type of real customer service. It’s apparent that he needs more training in the customer service department. And after waiting for my food to get remade, they gave me the wrong order. Safe to say that I will never go back.

Service sucks! Went in to get a togo order they messed up the first time tried to correct order and still messed up they were to worried about getting online orders ready to pay attention to the family ordering at the counter in front of them 🙄 wont be back.

very very dry and disgusting chicken also their fries are damper then my dog after we just got back from the river horrible sauce and I saw a homeless man in there and he stunk the place up do not recommend

Came in today, Heather with the decked out tattoos and Tamia served me; gave greast suggestions on the food of what to choose. Cracked some jokes with me and got my food in quite a quick time. The whole staff was on point and friendly!
