This is an excellent coffee place with loads of flavors to choose from. I had a brown sugar caramel iced coffee and it was made wonderfully. Highly recommend!Kid-friendliness: There’s a little play area for kids, complete with a tiny little kitchen.

This is a wonderful coffee shop run by a sweet family. It's just behind Wendy's in Ruckersville, a little hidden gem. There is a great children's area and I could see it would be a wonderful, safe reprieve for parents with small children.

Stopped by this place on the way back from Massanutten Resort to Richmond and it was the perfect pit stop for a great butter pecan latte ☕️ Loved the atmosphere and the friendly service ?Definitely recommend making this your go-to coffee shop in Ruckersville, Virginia.Dietary restrictions: Multiple milk substitute optionsKid-friendliness: Designated kid area with lots of activities
So fun! We had really good coffee while the kids played, and the baby fell asleep on dad on one of their comfy couches. Perfect family spot.Kid-friendliness: They have a play area, a book area, couches, hot chocolate, and a clean restroom with a real changing table!

One of my favorite coffee spots in town! It’s nice to support a local, small business but especially one that has such a great menu and even better customer service. It’s one of the only places in the area I’ve been able to find a dirty chai, especially one done right. I could drink these all day!My husband who is picky about coffee really enjoyed their specialty beverages and flavor selection.

This is best place in the Charlottesville/Ruckersville area to take my kids and have a coffee. The staff is always happy, friendly and they have the best kid’s corner, that allows parents to grab a coffee and chat with friends without having to constantly entertain them. Best coffee shop in the area by far.

This morning I needed something a little stronger than breakfast blend coffee. I went to BitterSweet Java to get my coffee fix. I love this place! I will always pick a small business over a big chain company like Starbucks. Bittersweet Java is a wholesome family owned business and they have so many great options. If you are in the Ruckersville area and you need a delicious coffee drink. Please stop here and support a small business. You will not be disappointed!

Husband order frozen banana coffee. Said it was the best coffee he's ever had. He also really appreciated the sugar free options
