After months of frequenting this Dunkin’ I am appalled at the disorganization and lack of customer service. We waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru, over 15 before our order was even taken at the window, only to receive wrong drinks. The cashier at the window then tried to argue with me about the drink order being wrong. It’s the same thing I order every time.
We ended up asking for a refund, too bad I can’t bill Dunkin’ for my wasted time too. The manager tried to make an excuse that they were trainees, but maybe don’t have trainees on a busy Saturday morning. And if you do—check their attitudes.
It’s a shame I’ll no longer be supporting Dunkin’ because of this nonsense and excuse of a store.

This has to be the slowest Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. No matter what day or time, the service is extremely slow. Most of the time they are out of donuts. You have to retell your order at the window and there always seems to be confusion. The Indian lady seems like she’s trying but to the customers it’s very frustrating. Especially when we have small children in the car.

Not sure where they got their money from for the renovations because their food quality does not match the new facing building. You should have tore it down.. instead of saving it.

The most inconsistent Dunkin ever. Specifically ask for the same coffee each visit and it’s NEVER made the same. I’ve been putting off writing a review, but after spending $16 this morning and receiving the wrong drinks once again, it’s old. Especially after it has happened dozens of times. Dunkin needs to pay their employees more, and maybe they will get decent help there.
Don’t bother ever ordering online here if you’re in a hurry. They are consistently short staffed and lock the doors so you have to sit in the drive thru anyways. Which is absolute crap because if you’re in a hurry - you have to decide between sitting in the drive thru for 35 minutes and being late or leaving your food that you already paid for.
Why in the world would they not turn off mobile orders when they’re too short staffed to allow you to quickly walk in and pick it up? What is the point of ordered ahead if you still have to sit in the drive thru that takes forever to get through?

They simply never have doughnuts. Instead of apologizing and trying to make/order more to meet demand, they just tell you to get there early in the morning. Unless you're up at the crack of dawn, they don't want your business.

I come here regularly and today I just got a coffee and two donuts. The staff seemed new as I've never seen them here before and their attitude was disgusting. They seemed angry that I was even there. They had to ask me what I ordered because they forgot my order and lost the receipt. Then got frustrated when I asked for donuts and were passive aggressive when I had to repeat what kind of donuts I asked for and still gave me the wrong drink. This was just today, I love the normal staff, however, this is unacceptable.
