Picked up a half dozen donuts and paid over ten dollars. 11 o’clock on a Sunday morning, all six donuts felt stale and tasted the same . You would think that being a Sunday morning the donuts would be fresh but they seemed to be day old. Since this is not the first time this has happened I am beginning to believe that their donuts are made elsewhere.

I rarely go to DD, usually when I'm getting donuts for the office. However, every time I order ahead with the mobile app, something almost always gets messed up. Anywhere from not including a "variety" of donuts, rather several of the same, to being out of menu items first thing in the morning. The frustrating part is that you don't know about the order not being correct until you pick it up. By then, I'm spending more time selecting an alternative option or just leave with out it. Totally defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

Day old coffee tastes burnt and pretty sure they haven't had sugar since the turn of the century. Management should really reflect on their ability to manage when you can't even get coffee right.

I went inside to get a drink and donut and the donut barely had any filling inside and was dry from being out all day. The man working their walked inside store to take care of my order and I'm sitting here watching him walk outside again to his Ford expedition. It seems that he doesn't want to work, besides isn't there any glass doors to close to keep Donuts fresh and isn't there any cleaning up that needs done. Nice guy and courteous but I don't plan on coming back to this store.
