Ordered a 3 piece chicken tender for my children and it was so hard you could not bite it, extremely dry. Looked as if it had been sitting out all day! I ordered an 8 piece chicken meal, the sides were not even filled up in the container.. I did not even receive my small coleslaw that I paid $4 for… The amount of money I paid for this was ridiculous compared to the amount of food I received.. especially the quality of food. Very disappointing..

Chicken was so hard that it was inedible, I was totally frustrated to pay over 16 dollars for something that should have been discarded in the trash. It's a shame that someone has so little regard for customer service, profit over priority, hopefully someone of importance will see this an figure out who hates their job and shows it through customer service.. If I could give this place zero stars I would. Every single time I go there I wait in line for over a half hour, and then they are out of every single chicken item they have. I am so disgusted with this place. I wish they would just close down.

I've ordered food here multiple times recently, and the quality has declined significantly. The meat is dry, the skin is greasy, portions are smaller, and prices have increased. Despite the high cost, they don't include utensils or napkins, so check your bag before leaving.
It's also frustrating that they aren't on GrubHub and don't offer delivery or pickup through the KFC app, unlike the attached Taco Bell. When I asked the manager about this, they just said, "I'm not sure." Shame.
Charlottesville is only 14 miles away. Will be buying my chicken elsewhere from now on.

The food is good when it is done right. Got a box from taco bell and should've checked it. It looked like people punched the tacos and the quesadilla wasn't even pressed. It was cold shredded cheese still. Tonight, I got a kfc combo that comes with 5 nuggets. Ya know what they did? They cut a small chicken tender into 5 pieces.
My mother died in March and my niece sent a gift card of $50.00 and we ordered chicken here and it was awful. Tasted old. I felt like I wasted $50.00 and that is not acceptable!
