Went here to order Kentucky Fried Chicken line of cars was super long & too long to wait. Food has been good & reason for going back. Can’t order chicken online with Kentucky Fried Chicken, have to order in drive through. Order all fast food online and pay. Then just drive to pick food up. I’m sure I’m not the only car that decided the wait was too long and drove away and got food from somewhere else. Sunday 11/12/23 after 7:30 pm. Kentucky Fried Chicken needs to hire more employees and let customers order online.

Last couple times we picked up chicken we were very disappointed. It was very greasy, the "breaded" skin was coming off the meat and disgusting. Some of the pieces appeared to have been doubled fried with skin tough and dark. For the price it is quite sad. As for the potatoes, gravy, and coleslaw..the coleslaw continues to be the best part of it.

Ridiculously small pieces!!! Probably the smallest chicken thigh Ever! It was no bigger than a wing. Surprisingly, they actually got the order right for once.

This is the worst ran restraunt in Greene County, VA. If you must always check your order it will be wrong every time. Expect no sauces no matter what you order. You will be shorted chicken pieces, etc.... Always something. Today they were out of French fries. Really!!?? Not worth the money or the frustration.

grab your popcorn. this is a long one.... if i could give 0 stars i would. i literally went there last with a friend and we ordered our food. i got a kfc classic chicken sandwich meal with a sweet tea. first they gave me the wrong drink.. that's not the issue. easy fix no problem. but MY CHICKEN SANDWICH WAS COLD AND NOT COOKED RIGHT. i went inside and was very polite as i work in the restaurant business and know things happen. i'm guessing it was the manager i talked to (some guy with long hair) he gave me a new cup and told me a fresh chicken sandwich was being made, i said thank you and waited patiently. some girl.. came through the kitchen with my sandwich in tongs. she then comes past with my bag, and slings my mf sandwich on the counter and says nothing but continues walking. I MEAN SHE THREW IT. like excuse me? so i ask "excuse me, is that mine" she goes "yes" (with a nasty ass attitude) i then ask a guy that up front working the register if i can get the number for the place and if i could have her name because i'm about to report her ass to cooperates. he tells me he can't give me her name. i say "okay that's fine, i just want to make sure nothing was done to my food" i then leave. fast forward to after eating the food and this morning. After eating the sandwich i kid y'all not, an hour later i start feel like shit. now as of this morning.. IM THROWING UP AND SICK. Yeah, whatever she "cooked" made me sick. i am absolutely livid. especially being that i was not rude to any of them once. WHOEVER THAT LITTLE GIRL WAS THAT MADE MY SANDWICH NEEDS TO BE FIRED IMMEDIATELY NOW. her customer service.. trash. her people skills.. trash. overall TRASH establishment. do not waste your money there. you're better driving another 25 minutes to another one.

The lobby was closed due to lack of staff. Drive thru was at a stand still. Did not eat. I really wanted a chicken leg. Not today
