I got it, it’s a McDonald’s, but I ordered 1 sandwich and pull up just sitting there while the employees complain loudly about another customer that pulled up and ordered and left because the service was so slow. Still sitting there and they carried on for a couple of minutes. No super professional, took a long time for being one of few people there. Less good than the average McDonald’s.

I was here last night 4/22/25 and got a “sweet tea”. I was shocked to see how dark it was when they handed it to me and I said “i ordered a sweet tea not a soda/coca-cola” and the lady that was working told me it was a sweet tea with a smile. I came home and took a sip, and it was awful. They gave me black coffee! It was horrible. Everything else was okay. Come on McDonald’s, I know the stuff is “cheap”, but atleast put some thought into it. Also, fill your fries up! If I am paying $10-$14 for a meal, why is my medium/large fry not filled all the way? A large fry is expensive enough, and it’s probably one potato that makes a large fry, and it’s hard to fill it? I know corporate is telling them to fill it less to save.

Since the new renivation. Your access to the drink dispensor, napkins, straws, and condiments are no more. The staff will hand you the drink and walk off, zoned out without thinking you need a straw or let alone a napkin or two.

my friend went and picked a meal up for me and i ordered a medium fry and it looked like a small, missing fries and they’re wasn’t even any in the bag .if someone is ordering a medium give them a medium, not a small bc they’re just wasting my money atp

We pulled up at the drive through this evening. Waited a few minutes said hello. The voice came over the Speaker system and said just a minute. We waited another 10 minutes. We ended up driving off.

Paid ahead mobile order, chick just ignored me at the first window for like 5 minutes.. just wanted to confirm my order lady.. eventually drove ahead and she helped the next person.. tf
