So I ordered 4 pizzas and a cheese stick. Driver shows up with 1 pizza and 1 breadstick, I ask where rest of order is. So she goes back to store to pick up other 3 pizza , meanwhile the manager catches mistake and calls before I can call in to store. We agree that Papa John’s remakes the pizza and breadstick delivered so we can eat as family together. 30 minutes later 3 pizza delivered and I call store. Ask same guy why other two were not resent as agreed to. Well……. He hangs up phone…… Hope this review finds you well, my address is same as where you delivered ?

Literally just got my order. Pizza was perfect and wings burned. I call and spoke to the manager, he says I asked for well done. I have ordered these wings for years like this and never received black wings. My order was delivery. He said if I bring them in he will remake them. Not great service.

We ordered a pepperoni pizza friday night and this is what we received! Not to mention— the delivery girl kicked our chihuahua because she ran up to her! she was wagging her tail! We’ve been eating here for years and it’s really gone down hill, we’ve continued to try and give them a try because there’s nothing else out here NEVER AGAIN. Maybe management switched up but we called to ask to speak with the manager and were hung up on! We called back multiple times and was hung up on every time. We never received a refund or apology. THE WORST PEOPLE EVER

I had decent expectations for this papa John's. I understand Papa John's is no expert cuisine but it's pizza. It's convenient and it's supposed to be quick especially for such a large business like Papa John's.I wish I could continue to say that about this location. I live a mere 15 minutes away from this store IF that. Ordering a pizza was overly complex that I decided to go to store myself. The management was horrific. The store was empty and there was hardly anyone working. I eventually left as it wasn't worth the wait. Terrible customer service. This place clearly does not respect its customer's time.The reviews of this store live up to its word. I will not blame the employees for their negligence but the manager must not be qualified to continue working in his/her position if the store continues to serve its customers so poorly after this many years.Next time, I will choose Domino's. My mistake was trusting such a company with my food. Overall terrible experience. Would never recommend this place to anyone after the horrible time I've had here.

I've had some really good pizza here lately and the papadillas are great, friendly staff and great atmosphere.Vegetarian options: Vegan pizza is available as well.Parking: It has a parking lot, plenty of space.

Always slow and always rude. ***look at the cookie cutter reply this review received!!*** They most certainly do not care - they have not improved one bit over the last few years. They are now at the point that the "management" is complaining to customers that they are "busy" or short handed, and that all problems are "out of their control". A few years ago they would be polite on the phone, apologize and offer the next order free...but then have a poor memory when the next time came around...but they do enjoy a captive audience, as they are one of the only places that deliver in this area. They are not interested in improving - they are doin as little as possible and just getting by. Poor job.
Awful took a hour for my food to get delivered and it was ice cold I’ll never order from here again

I give 0 Stars! I ordered a 2 medium pizza special for $14 special. I paid $2 extra for each pizza to be large original crust with plates. I got no plates and my pizzas were mediums. I contacted the manager at your store and she told me I only paid for mediums. Not true…. See pictures I paid $18 for the pizzas then a $4 delivery fee, and tax. . I told the manager it was a problem If you order from customer service and it is not right. She said sorry! Had no interest in making it right. I told her that is not a way to run a business and this is why I don’t order from this store much anymore. She told me to call Donino’s next time. I said I would. This is not a way to keep business.
