Pizza Hut in Ruckersville va cancelled my order without my permission or knowledge. When I enquired about where my order was she said it was cancelled and I asked why and how she could do that and she replied because she felt like it. That will be the last time I ordered from that location. I had no problem with dominos taking my money or delivering my food.

Poor customer service! I ordered online the special of a large 1 topping pizza and large 3 topping pizza for 22.99.
I added stuffed crust which increased the price and used points to get free Cinnabons.
When my order came there was only one pizza and the Cinnabons.
When I called the store the manager wouldn’t honor the order so essentially I paid the full cost of one pizza which should have been two. We will definitely not be ordering Pizza Hut again!

Same complaints as all the other reviews.It was so under cooked that the entire middle was almost raw dough.There was way too many toppings so they did not cook evenly ( just got a supreme, nothing custom)Pizza was room temp at best and we live within a 5 min drive of the store.Delivery was 20 Min later than estimated.This was the second order from this place with similar issues.I know it's fast food pizza, but this was bad and to top it off there was no resolution from it even after contacting Pizza hut themselves.Dominoes is light years better, I'll drive for it or heck even order form Vinny's a little more money but much better pizza.I will not be ordering from them again.

The pizza looked anemic; undercooked. The beef balls were way too large. Overall taste of the pizza was not great, disappointing.
I love this pizza hut and the employees!! Couldn't ask for better service/food! Yeah, it's just that good!! Lol working it well ???

Ordered a personal pizza for like 9 bucks turned out to be something my dog didn't want went to Little caesars and they gave me a free lunch combo which was satisfying and cheaper too if I had to pay for I'm surely sticking with little caesars now

Food was fast fresh and delivery driver is extremely nice and after we received are food verified we checked it and was satisfied and had all times we order very professional

I ordered online for delivery but then the driver was unavailable so I had to go pick up my order. Also, there were no breadsticks so that had to be removed from my order and then they also accidentally deleted my order of chicken wings so I had to drive back to the store for that part of my order too. I tried calling the store over and over and it just rang busy every time.
