Ordered a hot shot Italiano and a turkey sub. Both were supposed to have cheese, extra tomatoes and the bread was supposed to be extra toasted. Received none of these things.
Restaurant had gnats flying all around the drink machine. Not a pleasurable experience at all.

I feel badly about leaving what I view as a negative review, but at best this Subway was slightly below average. Even though mediocrity is commonplace, it should not be rewarded with silence, let alone praise. The server gave a lackluster performance (she is lucky to still have a job) and the food was average and a little skimpier than I remember it being several years ago at another Subway. The place wasn't dirty, but it wasn't exceptionally clean. Sorry, but ya'll can do better.

If you like gambling, this is the place for you, as you never know what you're going to get. My family placed an entire online order today, and when they got home, our sandwiches were so incorrect it wasn't even funny. We were supposed to have a 12" and 6" club, and a 6"BMT. The BMT was at least in the neighborhood of what was ordered. The clubs, balongna. Yes, bologna. If I wanted a bologna sandwich, I have that in the fridge. And the onions. We never order onions on our clubs. The worst part is that if you complain to the store, they just dismiss it and ask if you ate the sandwiches. What else are we supposed to do, drive 20 minutes back to fix your mistake? The long and short of it is if your order from this location, open your food before you even leave the store, unless you live surprises. If that's the cawe, by all means, wait until you get home.

They were nice and all. Just he is sitting on the counter
I was shocked when I was told that this restaurant does not take Subway coupons. How is that allowed? Prices are outrageous- will never back.

I paid $9.00 for a bowl of sandwich toppings masquerading as a salad. The bonus was that the bowl was less than half full. I would have gotten more “salad” if I bought a sub and threw away the bread. The best news of all is that I will never come back here again.

I started coming here again when Subway made them start accepting national coupons but they have since stopped again and the prices are OUTRAGEOUS!!!!! this location charges at least 5 dollars more for the same sandwich as the location in Madison and that one also honors coupons. I will not be back

Walked in and waited a good 5-7 minutes before someone decided to walk out to serve me and my family. On top of that 3 other people walked into the store waiting as well. Ladies were okay, not a great atmosphere because it seemed like they didn’t even want to be there. I got 3 foot longs and 2 of them were burnt, 1 was a footlong and we asked for easy buffalo sauce, but it was disgustingly flooded and making the sandwich saucy. We had to ask for a ranch cup to dye it down. We did eat in and ate what was given to us because they were in the bath after people left. I spend $49.99 on burnt, overly sauced sandwiches, on top of that the girls speaking to us in and unfriendly manner.

My husband and I were there for lunch today. Had a salad and he had a foot long bmt. What happened to chopping the salads? If you don't offer that anymore then how about having plastic knives for your customers so they can chop their salads. I asked about it to the ladies behind the counter and there was attitude when I asked. I had to use my husband's pocket knife to cut my salad.
