The worst Wendy’s I have ever been to due to the manager. I ordered 5 tenders. When he (mgr) handed it to me I confirmed w/him that it had 5 in it (I paid $1.80 extra). Instead I received 3 chix tenders and 1 that was no bigger than a nugget. Plus they were clearly refried. Terrible tasting. Manager has no clue of honesty and customer service.

We placed our orders and waited for an hour. More and more people kept arriving, and everyone else's orders came out, but ours never did. They left us until the very end. Even when we went to ask what was happening with our order, they barely said they were going to prepare it. No! Terrible service.

Wendy’s in Ruckersville Va. Will make you SICK AS HELL they serve RAW burgers and Chicken and tell you oh we knew the hamburger was raw inside we had turned off the grill, News flash the Chicken was too!!! This is 3 times, 2 different shifts and They all find this very Amusing, when you go back with the Un-cooked food to complain it’s a “Big Joke” She will Not refund your money for this “Crap” you can’t eat either, this female Manager “flat out Lies” in your face her employees drink and eats behind the counter, you know they wash their hands prior to touching people’s food, they lack proper Training and Manners, the Manager will Not Refund your money guess that’s why they fail to give receipts for your order,? I tried 3 different times while staying in Greene Couny -Only to receive raw food Everytime, the burgers and Chicken “Only” appear to be done on the outside, I vomitted, still feel extremely nauseated, had diarrhea after and still feel weak in my stomach, Now I know why the parking lot is Always bare even the drive thru, I wonder how they are still in business ? They park you you’d expect -the order to be fully cooked as long as you wait for it!!! Still feel Nauseous had Only 2 bites of a cheeseburger and, I still can taste “blood”, the young man working said; He knew the burger was not fully cooked. but the chicken sandwich was cooked for 6 mins, the chicken sandwich was Not fully cooked to the timer it was still pink inside… I am reporting this Wendy’s location to the Corporate Office Today, this location lacks in every area of job duties , the night time manager really Stinks therefore I will report at 8 AM, this is totally absurd , I worked for Wendy’s We ran a very tight ship , We did not goof -off as they do, at the Ruckersville Wendy’s they should close down, if they can’t hire better folks to run it, the Customers’ are suffering their actions -At my Wendy’s Our Customers were top Priority without them we would Not have a job!!! I am calling the Va.Health Dept.. & the Food and Drug Administration to look into Raw meat that’ can be deadly to some people “Salmonella poisoning” is “Real” it. can cause death.: )

No coke. After using app to order online. Staff inside the store -when I picked up order- were full of shoulder shrugs and said maybe possibly “next time” I could tell them I had no coke on prior order and get free drinks. No coupon No discount No refund And a sarcastic good bye when I left. It was bad
Manager is rude and verbally abusive to workers and customers . Calls the cops on anyone who asks to speak with them. Food looks like it was left in the sink. Disgusting. Health department needs to shut this place down.

My only complaint was even though we got 40 nuggets collectively they still weren’t the freshest tasting I’ve had from them. It was like the oil was on its end of life.

Night staff is slow and when I finally got my food it had multiple hairs on it and I think this is a broom bristle. When I asked for a refund, I was told some kind of bs that they'd have to mail it. A note was taken for the gm, and I was told she'd call me in the morning on Monday. I received no phone call, now I'm sacrificing my lunch standing in the wendys for a slight chance I'll see the manager.

Could only accept cash at the time we visited, but wasn't a big issue for us. The employee who waited on us was super friendly. Didn't get his name, but he deserves to be recognized for how great he interacts with the customers. When no one was in line to order, he spent his time cleaning tables. Great job!
