(The following review is regarding a drive thru experience at Wendy's in Ruckersville, VA # 00008392, and an additional number on my receipt says # 3163. ) This was the second to worse stop at a Wendy's location that my family and I have ever experienced. We stopped at this Wendy's while traveling. First, let me say that the positive was the workers were nice. The timeliness of the order was very poor. We were asked to pull forward while we waited on our sandwiches. One would assume that meant they were being made fresh. I am sorry to say they were anything but. The meat tasted tough, overdone, and had hard edges, as if it was made many hours before we ordered. The buns on our sandwiches tasted stale, as if they had been exposed to air for a good while. Our order was wrong, short one sandwich and one fry, included no spoons with which to eat our chili, no crackers and no napkins. The crackers, when we asked for them, were very stale. The reason we stopped at Wendy's is because we expected fresh food, as we usually get when visiting Wendy's. Sadly, we did not receive anything even close to what could be considered fresh. The food was terrible, most of which was not even edible, and definitely not worth even a quarter of the amount charged. We frequent Wendy's fairly often when traveling, but this one was quite a let down, and not what we have come to expect from Wendy's. I don't know who is running this Wendy's, but they need to get their act together and whip this location into shape. It is a black mark on the Wendy's franchise. They can do better! We will NEVER visit this location again, and based on the poor quality food we received, would not recommend it to anyone else.

The little girl working the drive through who literally throws your bag of food at you and is rude as hell should not have a job PERIOD. She's lucky I had a bit of control and I didn't throw my drink in her face today. Started asking her what her problem was and she instantly started arguing back like a child. Will be calling corporate tomorrow about this experience.

I feel so sorry for the owners of this location, very poor hiring when it comes to staff. Been there 4 times and a span of 2 years and every time had a bad experience. Went there last night to give it a try again after 6 months to see if any improvements were made and let me tell you thumbs down . Got there after work around 7pm and went to the drive thru and was told day are only able to take care of customers inside, I said ok no problem when I go in there’s a staff scratching his face with the gloves on and never took it off . I hear another staff near the drive thru window spitting with a loud Nasty sound. When I’m there standing the staff that is scratching his face with gloves sees me and doesn’t even greet or ask if I needed help and just walks away (WHITE MALE WITH GLASSES SKINNY) is the person . Anyways I hope the owner of this location has other income because clearly this restaurant is very poor managed and seems to look like it’s just a hobby restaurant. Will be sending corporate some pictures and videos I have gathered thru out my last two visit to see if they can rescue their brand from this owner that clearly doesn’t care.

We were going to eat at Wendy’s as walking in customer came out and said they are really slow. Most times they are anyways. Today was worse than before. One customer was waiting on a refund for wrong food that he waited for awhile to get. Then they had to go call someone because they can’t give refund. There still another group in front of me to order food. Someone went back to let them know people needed to order but they said they trying to figure out the refund first. So we left and went somewhere else. See why you guys are never busy.
