The food was okay, but the service and staff are terrible. Everyone was extremely slow, and barely acknowledged customers. My diner in order was packaged to go, and when I asked for a plate for dine in the employee rolled her eyes and slung a tray (not a plate) at me without saying a word. Will not be returning.

I had the nine-piece chicken nuggets with french fries. They tasted great. I used the drive-thru which went very smoothly. So I don't know about the interior atmosphere.

This is usually my stop on my way back to MD but the last few times I've stopped they've been out of fries. That's the main reason for me stopping so needless to say I was annoyed.
I ordered six bo boxes had to wait 40 mins. Did not have the biscuits ready along with the rest of the food. Tried to give me a blueberry biscuit to make up with it. They only gave me five boxes instead of six but still charged me for six boxes. Was not wearing gloves while preparing the food.

First time here as I'm new to the area.
I went to pick up some breakfast sandwiches for family on a Sunday morning at around 9:00. Only one car ahead of me so I didn't have to wait long to order. The ordering was done by ai, I guess. No human taking the order. But the order was taken correctly so that's good.
Besides the three sandwiches, I ordered bo-rounds and an order of two bo-berry biscuits.
Everything was ready quickly but the bo-berry biscuits. Weird because it was prime breakfast time. I had to pull up and wait ten minutes for them.
The sandwiches were just fine but the bo-berry biscuit was delicious when I finally got it. I say biscuit because it was an order of two but when I got to where I was going, there was only ONE in there. 😑
