Now when you order in the drive-thru you have to get AI to understand your order. After placing the order and waiting in the drie thru for a long time, the window employee let me know they had no chicken or I could wait 20 minutes for wings. I ordered a family pack (breast, thighs, etc). Who is going to wait 20 mins to get wings after paying for the pieces that came in a meal!!! Not necessarily the employees fault- but good customer service would have been to have the employee tell the customer when ordering they do NOT have any chicken instead of letting the order take place with the AI. Will second think doing a Bojangles drive thru.

This location sucks. They didn't have forks, no ketchup, the server messed up on our order, and wasn't very friendly. The paper towels was sitting on the sink faucet. The staff was cussing like they was at a night club. I'm sorry I didn't go across the street to mcdonald's.

Not a big fan of fried chicken. Heading back from NY to NC we stopped for a small snack. Although the food is not my favorite the customer service was extraordinary. Friendly, polite, professional. Bojangles knows the meaning of employing people who care.

Everytime we go to this location they are always horrible, bad customer service, closes the lobby early compared to what they have on the internet and the lobby door, no food at all in the hot wells, closing the store early, workers don't greet you nor have a good attitude I guess that's why they are never busy!!!!

Made an online order said to pick up in 30 minutes. I get there 30 minutes later and wait 10 minutes for the one person in front of me. I then asked for my order it wasn't ready. I waited another 15 minutes for them to get my order.

This location has been the worst experience visiting a Bojangles. The food that was out to serve looks like it had been sitting there for hours. The staff members were not professionally dressed. The manager had flour all over her. There was nothing fresh prepared for the guests. The store was also dirty and needed to be cleaned. Do better Bojangles Rustburg!

Coming back from Danville we stopped to get 8 pc. family meal. We got 2 breast and 3 chicken wings, 1/3 cup of Cajun beans- dried completely up, no biscuits a d no tea. When asked for tea was told it had to be lemonade the girl stuck a jug under soda fountain and got us pink lemonade. The chicken was so hard you could not eat it, the beans was so dry you could not eat them. We paid 33.00 for this meal that even dogs couldn't eat. Now mind you we went thru drive thru but I had to go in to get our supposedly tea* they had none) and this was 6:30pm 10/5. We didn't realize how bad the food was till we got home in Amherst. 33.00 wasted and still had to cook dinner. This is ridiculous . I am CDM,CFPP certified as well as SNA certified and serv safe certified so I am well aware of the seriousness of potential harm here. I would like to hear back from the manager or corporate headquarters.
I really like the AI driveway it definitely streamlines the drive-thru process.

This is one of the worst places. There were no biscuits unless I want to wait for them to be cooked if there is anyone there. Did not get hardly anything I ordered. This restaurant has consistently gone down hill. I have given multiple chances but I am constantly let down. I will not be getting food here anymore.
