We ordered 3 pizzas all the same. Two ingredients on all 3 were left off. Usually they are pretty good, but not so much tonight.

I usually have no problem but I ordered my pizza at 4:15 early so I would get it sooner. Now 1 1/2 hours later and no pizza..after spending 87.00 for pizza this is not the water to do business

We placed our order online for carry out said 15-21 minutes An hour later and it’s still being prepared. Call to see what’s going on and get hung up on Call back and the same lady just sets the phone on the counter . The person picking up the order was in the building and saw this . Grow up that’s not customer service that we need in our small town Also you can make a big order and make small ones in between it’s called multi tasking Normally have no bad experiences here

Why is delivery so erratic from this Dominoes?Order placed by 2.13. It is now 3:25 and delivery man is out and will come bacjk and get mine so we are talking more than an hour and a half. Last tone my. Service was excellent

Lazy individuals that work here. One of the female employees just stood there doing nothing and didn't offer me any service. The guy Kenny who was making the pizzas had to walk over to her and tell her to serve me. My order was literally just sitting on the rack. I don't know if the chick was high, but she literally took 2 minutes to slice one pizza and then started playing with the sauce bottles after she was done boxing. I normally leave cash tips, but not tonight. Whoever runs this store needs to fire that chick. This service is unacceptable.

We ordered from the Village Hwy in Rustburg VA and over an hour later the food was still not delivered even though the app stated it was. I called the store 4 different times and either for hung up on or placed on hold and eventually disconnected. Finally spoke to a manager who said I would be refunded then completely hung up on..again. So rude and disrespectful.

Please do better. Tonight I ordered food for my family. Sent my son to pick it up and pay inside. Using a visa reload able gift card. We used this card a few times today, so it’s fine. Once at Wendy’s. But yet no one in the building to curb knew how to run the card. My son had to cancel the order bc they panicked saying they can’t take that type of card. They even got the shift lead, who had no clue. Maybe a retraining for the store would work. We will not be going back.
Update: Little Ceasars was able to make it work tonight. It’s not the system, it’s the persons lack of knowledge.
