The burger didn’t even look like I should eat it and the fries were warm. Service was nice but poor value for the combo price! AND the lids leak! Details are important. Sadly this is a one and done for me.

Miss Cynthia You are rude as hell & trust and believe I called corporate, you will have consequences to your actions. I will come up there everyday if I have to just to make another complaint, corporate hotline will be blowing up cause your disrespectful attitude. As a general manager you need to do better. Don’t lie to customers that part of your menu is unavailable when you’re lazy and don’t feel like cooking food.

Everything about the rustburg hardees meets the standards of the way hardees used to be. The management honored the rise and shine mug and filled it for free. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly and personable, make sure you stop by!

Stop this morning for 2 sausage and egg biscuits. I usally add cheeses so they just add for that. This morning lady told me nope had to pay full price. They are on sale 2 for 5 right now. I’ve always just added the cheese and paid extra for that. When I get to window I ask lady again. She handed me my order and said you have a good day. I get to my job not 5 minutes away and go to eat my biscuit and it’s hard as a rock. Sausage tasted old and egg tasted old also. Biscuit broke apart as I was in acting it. I threw them away

Went Hardees in Rustburg 2 days in a row....2 sausage biscuits reg coke....6.01 Today Friday 2/28/25...same order 7.24....and she got rude when I ask about it....told her to keep it....new girl....older women usually there....very disappointed with her behavior

Ordered $25 worth of food on my way home from work. Fries were cold and stale tasting and both burgers were cold to the touch and bread was hard. I used to stop here daily for breakfast but rarely got my order right. Very disappointed due to lack of places to eat in area.

Isn't this place slogan that biscuits are made fresh daily?? Came in for breakfast day after Valentine's day for a breakfast sausage biscuit. And the biscuits were shaped as hearts and were hard and greasy. Would not recommend due to quality of food or the atmosphere and service. Since we didn't see said food until 5 miles down the road. I didn't feel like going back to let the manager know. I'm sure they knew
