Cynthia is a great general manager and we have a great team that works very hard to deliver excellent food according to standards. Working for the public in fast food is one of the most difficult jobs. Everyone is in a hurry these days and we experience a lot of customers who will curse you and be mean for absolutely no reason but we still strive to do our best to keep our drive thru times down below 4 minutes and deliver great food every time to every customer.

Hardee's in rustburg sucks!! They are so slow and dint have a care in the world I stood there 10 minutes never had my order taken,just rude and slow not what a working fella needs on his lunch break

I went to Hardee's in Rustburg Saturday for my husband. He ordered an original bag with a hot ham and cheese, and a cheeseburger both plain. When we got his order the cheeseburger had everything on it so I backed up and went back through the drive thru to have it corrected. I waited patiently for around 5 minutes for the car in front of me. Once it was my turn to pull up to the window I explained that his order was wrong and showed the receipt where the cheeseburger was suppose to be plain. I got instant attitude from the employees. The manager Jessica rudely said I needed to pull up. I politely said I'd wait at the window that our order was already incorrect once. She then rudely said you have to pull up the person behind your order is ready. I told her mine would of been ready had it been correct the first time. That it's just a plain cheeseburger it isn't that hard to get correct. She then grabbed a burger from inside and threw it at me from the drive thru window. I called the cops and had them come to the restaurant where I pressed charges against your manager Jessica Robertson. She assaulted me with a cheeseburger. This is NOT the place you want people going to get not only the wrong order but be assaulted. And might I also add the cheese burger she threw at me wasn't even plain. It too had condiments on it.

If I could give this location no stars, I would. Service is always terrible, food is cold or not done. Very ghetto employees or people trying to rush you to order. I will be complaining to corporate for how they treated and mismanaged my daughter for her interview and application process.

This was Hardee's food. Was better than most. I would eat here again. Food was fresh, hot, I did not like the coffee though, tasted old.
The food is always freshly made and the customer service is always great! Had a amazing experience with the General Manager Cynthia!

The food that I ordered was great, the atmosphere was of a typical hardees and the facilities were clean. The only reason I give the service 3 stars is because although the food was good and my food was brought out promptly, I asked for ranch to go with my fries and they said it would be extra. Most restaurants still give you sauces with your meal, but not here. The servers were over all just not kind, relatively neutral to the customers. I would come again, but would go through the drive thru instead.
