Ordered on the app and gave staff plenty of time to complete order. I work in food service and I know how frustrating the job can be. However, when my husband went to pick the order up (he didn’t know what I had ordered as the items were a surprise for him) we were missing two medium drinks. He went back and picked them up with no pushback from staff (which is great) when he walked in he did not get greeted even though an employee was mopping and saw he needed help she did not stop her tasking to help him. Another employee helped him and gave him the drinks. They apologized and said “this happens a lot here im very sorry” so it’s obviously not a staff issue and it’s a management issue. Upon returning home we discovered that we also did not receive the honey mustard cups we paid extra for. Extremely disappointing to see how downhill this location has gone, even with the gorgeous remodeling. Very sad.

Most dysfunctional one i have been in thru out all my travels. Food got made and just sat before I received it. It was to go order. No napkins salt pepper ketchup egg were dry and biscuit was too hard to eat. Really needs alot of work. Definitely change in the last couple months

The burger didn’t even look like I should eat it and the fries were warm. Service was nice but poor value for the combo price! AND the lids leak! Details are important. Sadly this is a one and done for me.

I will come up there everyday if I have to just to make another complaint, corporate hotline will be blowing up cause your disrespectful attitude. As a general manager you need to do better. Don’t lie to customers that part of your menu is unavailable when you’re lazy and don’t feel like cooking food.

Everything about the rustburg hardees meets the standards of the way hardees used to be. The management honored the rise and shine mug and filled it for free. The food is amazing and the staff are friendly and personable, make sure you stop by!
