coffee is outstanding. I like my coffee with flavor but not so much that you can't tell you're drinking coffee...they have the perfect balance. rich smooth flavors and a nice smooth coffee flavor.
highly recommend, and in my opinion the "big guys" don't come close... service is great as well ..

No specialty drinks that don't contain any sugar or sweeteners. They only have 1 option that isn't coffee, hot chocolate, or one of their energy drinks - matcha.
I used to love this place, but ever since I went on a low sugar diet for medical reasons, I was diappointed to realize they don't have very much variety of drinks that do not include sugar or sweeteners. :(
Their pumpkin foam cold brew in the fall is the best though, I will say that!
I've also recently, sadly, been disappointed in their service. Last time, I was accidentally overcharged for my matcha. I was charged for a specialty matcha, and not the regular matcha that I asked for and recieved. (I payed $7 for a small drink!) I also asked for it to have no syrup or sugar, but it definitely had syrup in it, so I couldn't even drink it. And of course, I didn't realize any of this until after I drove away and left. :( ...Other times I've been here though, I had a good experience.
Still maintaining 3 stars because their sugary drinks are still tasty and well-made, if you're into that. :)
(...Just a shame, imo, that there's not more healthy options. Also, the price.)

These people are so nice and they take this coffee business seriously! Monthly maybe more than that, maybe weekly, they are putting new thing on the menu. I'm from Richmond and my coworker and I go there whenever we are in town. They keep drinks festive! I think this week the had homemade raspberry pop tarts.

My faves are: -HOT Yale dropout 📚 (they had a WHOLE Gilmore Girls theme menu 🥹) -There was another one from that menu l always got... but I forgot 😞 (try em all for me and let me know which one it is 😏) -Iced Holly 💅🏻(they already had this on the menu and is FREAKING DELICIOUS iced or hot) -Iced Vanilla/Lavender Lotus with lavender cold foam add the spicy bubbles 💐 (it’s happy in a cup)

We were visiting Lynchburg and our stay was close to LCC. I gave it a try. Employee was super nice. I have to agree with others. A medium cappuccino was almost $7!!!!

This place is literally a shed with two windows on each side. I never saw this before. It was awesome. The coffee was fairly expensive compared to what I'm used to but definitely worth it. You drive up, order, get your drink and drive away. Customer service was great

Absolutely AMAZING! We found this place by chance when we were traveling through the area. The employees were super helpful and friendly! The food and drinks were phenomenal! The cookie butter latte was divine! My 4 year old daughter enjoyed her (non coffee) cotton candy blended! Our 2 year old German Shepherd enjoyed running around the parking lot lol! We will definitely be stopping here every time we pass through the area!!! We all highly recommend this coffee spot!

Didn’t even order. Was waiting for 15-20 mins with only one care there. Drove 25 mins to be there but obviously they didn’t give a crap. Won’t be returning. Joe beans is local and what I’ll do. Very disappointing.

I have been craving the Tuxedo drink ever since I saw them post about it. So, today my husband surprised me by going to get it for me while I have been sick. I absolutely loved it and my 2 year old loved his donut holes his daddy got him! 10/10 recommend! My husband also said the people who work here are the sweetest!
