I had an unexpectedly fantastic experience at this McDonald's during my business trip. The restaurant was spotless, and I was warmly greeted by a friendly staff member. The restrooms were impeccably clean, setting a positive tone right from the start. When I ordered, the same staff member was incredibly helpful, informing me of the specials and making me feel welcome. The dining area was spotless and decorated beautifully for Valentine's Day, adding a nice touch to the atmosphere. I don't know the name of the staff member, but she had glasses and was super friendly. I would highly recommend her for some recognition for being such an amazing and great employee. Overall, a truly pleasant visit that exceeded my expectations!

On this day I received a Big Char Mac. This burger was burnt Beyond Belief. Im shocked this was even given to patron as food. I did exchange it for a freshly made one, only to find another person's HAIR in my burger. UNACCEPTABLE, This is horrific for the Brand. Every McDonald's in my area is absolute garbage when it comes to the food quality.

Its 8:17 pm on Christmas Eve. Passed the lovingston McDonald's right as they closed at 7:02. Lemme tell you. The best and freshest McDonald's meal I've ever had . Thank you FOR DOING YOUR JOB, I DEMAND A RAISE!!!!
I don’t know what happened to this place, but since a few months back every order has something wrong with it. Doesn’t matter the time, breakfast/lunch/dinner there’s ALWAYS something wrong or missing. The nuggets now are always either burnt or they give less of them. Ask for a Coke and get a Dr.Pepper. Ask for a Dr.Pepper and get a Coke. And be warned that even that will taste off, not the classic McD’s Coke. Just came from there and again my order was completely wrong. And forget about asking them to remake them because they’ll take 3x more just to give you the correct order. It sucks because this place was better than the other one that’s on Wards rd too. Get it together ffs.

Service is awful they will not come to the counter they want you to use kiosk only. They got my order wrong I had to go back up to the counter and was ignored for a while, then when I told the worker she said that's how I ordered it after I insisted that I did not order it like that she laughed at me as she walked away. I finally got my order right but very bad experience.

I mean….it’s McDonalds, which had the reputation as quick service; not quality of food. The lowest of the low work here, so expectations are low. The meat is hardly ever fresh. The salty French fries and high fructose Coca-Cola is a great recipe for a larger gut. Cheers!
