Worked at several McDonald’s. It’s never too busy to where a manager can’t give a SCHEDULED interview. If your workers aren’t good enough to be able to handle themselves and orders for 10 minutes max, you need better workers. It was just very unprofessional because the manager didn’t even come out to talk to me, they sent their cashier to do it && furthermore someone could’ve contacted me before hand asking if it were possible to reschedule instead of throwing out a time for me to come the next day. I showed up early and waited 10 minutes to even be asked what I needed, I was punctual, and I’m very annoyed by it because something like this has never happened before. I must’ve dodged a MAJOR bullet. Do better.

They were having multiple issues with customers when we arrived. Cashier seemed like he had no clue about the specials being offered by McDonald's. I asked to be refunded for our order and rering up the order correctly. I was told they couldn't do a refund, but she was able to refund me for one sandwich. Other staff could be heard arguing in the kitchen. Very unprofessional.

Used a code for a discounted meal. When I pulled to the window, they didn't have my order to confirm payment. I found out they cancelled it by accident. So when they fixed it in their system, there was no code and it charged me full price from the app, even though they had originally taken my code at the ordering kiosk. When I pulled to the 2nd window to share my issue, they just listened to me and handed me my food and that was it. I park and went to speak to someone, and then they asked if I used the wrong scanning code just for points. I reiterated that the person who took my order took my 4 digit code for the discount. This is when I found out they accidentally cancelled my order. No one spoke to me face to face to tell me what happened. But then someone reimbursed me the price of a medium fry, less than 4 dollars, which was still less than half of what my order should have costed. No explanation, customer service was extremely poor. I am usually never one to complain, leave reviews, or ask for a refund, but I was so disappointed with what occurred, that I had to leave a review.
