Worst sub, the roll was torn to pieces from using a dull knife it fell apart when I unwrapped it. It was very sloppy put together. (Not Good at all) They need to take a lesson from Jersey mike's

To each their own, but I went in today around 7:15 pm and the whole place smelled like Marijuana and my food had a faint taste of it. You could also smell it very strong on the lady serving us. Not very good customer service.

They told us that they ran out of pizza boxes and I asked them to put it in a salad bowl and they said it wouldn’t fit so now I have to eat a raw

Went to this location and ordered 2 subs. The staff or "sandwich artist" was friendly and made our sandwiches perfect and didn't mind adding extra sauce etc. To make sure we were satisfied. The lady also marked one of the sandwiches wrapper with a sticker so we could easily tell them apart. This location wasn't busy at the time I went in but I went in the afternoon. Price was decent and the subs were very good and didn't fall apart and were not soggy when we got them home. Store was clean and well organized, advertisements for new subs available were visible and appealing. They also now serve 2 different kinds of soup. Will go back to this location, definitely want to try the new sub that has avocado on it.

My husband and I love Subway! They make delicious, healthy sandwiches! We esp. love the Steak and Cheese on Flat bread with lots of veggies (with Aoli Garlic sauce). We always get excellent customer service, and the atmosphere is great. The Subway restaurants are always clean as well. Thank you Subway for providing us and all your customers with great customer service and absolutely delicious and healthy sandwiches!!!!

Parking: There usually is plenty of parking space.

I stopped there some mornings with adults with disabilities so they can use the bathroom before we deliver meals for shut ins and this time when I stopped by there was a young lady working in the back that gave me such a dirty look like how dare I come in there and use the bathroom I buy from subway when I have individuals that will eat subway. This is ridiculous.

I went to Subway in Rustburg, VA today just before noon. White lady #1 starts my sandwich with the meat and cheese. The black lady is running the register and asks, it is a BMT?No, both me and white lady #1 reply. White lady #1 told her what it was and then went to the register and entered it herself.White lady #2 put the toppings on my sub without issue. At the register, I tell the black lady my total is far too high. She quips that she didn't enter it.White lady #1 said from the far side of the counter that it's right.I know it isn't right, but what could I do? I feel a lot of things at this point. I don't know what to do. Should I have just walked out after they had made the sandwich? I pay and then get the receipt. It says I got a cold cut with added pepperoni but it says my sandwich was a Pro which is the new name for the double meat subs.I got a cold cut with added pepperoni but it was *not* a Pro. I point at the receipt to show the black lady and she is being snippy to everything I say. She didn't even look at it. She's acting like I am the problem, when really no one is the problem, as it was a mistake (Right?)It would have been easy to fix the price before I paid and they refused to look at it on the register. Neither of the white ladies were making a move to come correct the charge after I said the receipt said Pro and the black lady was looking to them to fix it. The black lady kept sniping at me though until I gave up and left. The line behind me was growing by the minute. After the charge clears on my Discover card, I'm going to have to do a chargeback.I always order the same thing with a lot of toppings, which is annoying for them, and while no one ever says anything out of the way... Was the overcharge really an accident? :(Note: My apologies for not knowing anyone's name.
