Went for lunch the other day. One grumpy employee barked at me that my service dog was not allowed to eat or drink anything. Everyone else was nice and polite. Service was good and lunch was excellent. I went once for dinner and the service was great but I was not impressed with the food. Maybe it is hit or miss.

My friend took me here for supper because it's his favorite place. Now I know why. Our waitress Jasmine was very nice and so was Brooke. Food was delicious and Jasmine was very attentive and also quick to refill our drinks and take our empty plates. I will definitely try to get back there soon.

I had the Bison burger and fries and it was delicious! My wife had the country fried steak with mashed potatoes and gravy with fried okra... I had to sample that okra myself. My wife was so happy with her meal as well. Wife had pecan pie with ice cream and I had to try that banana pudding..... tasted so good. I have to say that Jasmine was our waitress and she was so what you want in a waitress, smile on her face and checking on me and my wife periodically. Our waitress brought our drinks as soon as ours was empty. Super food great people that work there! Amazing atmosphere. We will be back i guarantee it.

I went there with my neighbor to have breakfast we ordered biscuits and gravy and eggs and steak I can't understand why the food was cold if we were there at 6:30 in the morning there were only five people besides us to but the servers are awesome

Old country kitchen feel. This place is fantastic and I will be eating here again. The portion sizes are huge! I honestly got 3 meals with leftovers twice. I really don't think they should call the popcorn shrimp by that name. Those shrimp would put Captain D regular shrimp to shame. Service was great, restaurant was clean and I certainly liked the decor. 10/10 and I really think this place should be featured on one of those food network shows.
